Hallo, gemeinnützige Vereine sind ja von der Ust ausgenommen (§§ 34 bis 47 BAO). Eine Erneuerbare Energiegemeinschaft ist ja per Definition gemeinnützig. Dennoch gilt laut BMF Website: „Was die Gemeinnützigkeit angeht, so ist diese aus Sicht des BMF in der Regel für Energiegemeinschaften nicht gegeben. Im konkreten Fall entscheidet das jeweilige Finanzamt über steuerliche Begünstigungen in Bezug auf Gemeinnützigkeit.“
Habt ihr damit Erfahrung? Wie prüft das Finanzamt dies?

They're merely senior debt obligations of a company that owns severely volatile assets. It's literally a Collateralized Debt Obligation. The Debt Obligation being the bond, and the Collateral is the MSTR stock, except there are no tranches, or at least the current offerings are equivalent to the SenioAAA tranche.
If/when the BTC market tanks like the housing market tanked, MSTR bond holders receive MSTR stock. After a crash, this stock will be as (not) valuable as a top level tranche of a mortgage backed bond structure based on shitty loans. Then the mortgage holders had to sell off or have to go through the foreclosure process and (hopefully) let the money flow back in the chain.
But you can't foreclose on Bitcoin......
This is essentially mortgage backed securities for unsecured mortgages.

I don't think it is any suprise that the idea of another General Election be it in 3 months (as the gammonati want) of 4.5 years, is enough to fill many of us with dread.
Well lookie here! A Quote from Keir Starmer during his leadership bid: “We’ve got to address the fact that millions of people vote in safe seats and they feel their vote doesn’t count".
Sure sounds like a pretty compelling reason to have a proportionate voting system, about time we caught up with the rest of Europe, no?
Enough waffling. Labour even by my very left wing standards is doing... ok. Which tbh is high praise. They could do so much more but (putting on a normal centrist hat) they are making hard decisions and that is commendable.
The issue is is that although they are doing the right things, they are being fucking eviscerated for it by the media. Farage has higher approval rating than him at the moment, will this last? Who can tell. That is a bad place to be and I know we likely have at least another 4 years for this to settle down and smooth out a bit, the media will come for Labour at every chance they can get. The way I see it the next election going is one of a few ways:
- Labour remains as is, a centre party, the typical right wing callings will drag them ever rightward entrenching the Tories and Reform as less extreme, they get the most seats but no majority and form a coalition with the Lib Dems.
- A new party comes up with a solid left wing/socialist ideology, this galvanises the Greens, Independents, the ousted Labour MPs and potentially some Lib Dems and current Labour MPs, the likelihood is they won't win but to be taken seriously will be a good place to be. The concern will be that they take votes from Labour and allow a right wing win/coalition.
- Labour slide back left, bringing back in the left wing MPs and revert towards Corbynism/ Leadership Starmer style, once again win votes but no majority with Green/Lib Dem coalition.(Very unlikely).
- Labour sees the writing on the wall and has a voting system referendum. It passes and we have Proportional Representation at the next GE enabling a centre party with Labour forming coalition with Greens/Lib Dems to maintain majority.
The final issue I see is that it they don't do it soon and do it in an election year it'll be a sign of weakness (basically admitting they know they can't win under FPTP). If they call it soon, it is a bold move that shows their confidence in the electorate to make a proper decision on their future.
So for the poll question:
Should Labour call a referendum on changing the voting system?
