I applied for a job outside of my state yesterday and this morning I got an email from that company asking me if I would be willing to relocate. I said yes. A few hours later I got an email saying that the position had been filled. I don't understand why they would even ask me if I would relocate if they weren't serious about even giving me an interview.

I have found no discounts anywhere there are a couple on eBay listed at around 600$ but I dont want to buy it off someone random I want to buy it from a trusted retailer like walmart or target or seiko. On the seiko page there is no announcements for discounts whatsoever. Will they give any discounts on it ? Like maybe seiko would do like 10% off or something on all watches because of bf ? Or does seiko never offers any sales like that. Hi All,
I need to remortgage soon but a bit nervous about the impact my insulation might have during valuation.
I installed PIR insulation last year myself. The rafters are 100mm deep so I put 70mm PIR insulation parallel to the rafters. This would leave 30mm gap between the insulation and the roof felt. I also installed 100mm PIR perpendicular to the 70mm insulation, would bring the total to 170mm. I used No Nonsense spray foam to fill any gaps in the insulation.
I guess what's making me nervous is the spray foam I used for the gaps given how most mortgage providers don't like that stuff.
Any thoughts?
