Vocês conseguem se comunicar com as pessoas/tem respostas rápidas no e-mail/teams/slack? Meu sonho sempre foi trabalhar home office, e agora que finalmente consegui estou indignado com a demora que é para receber resposta de pessoas tanto do meu setor (T.I) quanto de outros setores.
Esses dias mesmo fui tirar uma dúvida com um rapaz da minha equipe e ele demorou 10 dias para me responder. Pior que que a demora parece que é meio cultural porque geral lá demora muito para responder um ou outro é a excessão.
Pessoal que já passou por isso, como lidaram com a situação?

I’m in the market to purchase a laptop for my master’s program, BUT I’d love to be able to play Sims 4 on it as well!! The last image includes the minimum required specs to be able to run the Sims. I’m looking to stay away from a gaming laptop since they can be $$$, and I need this to be portable between home and campus. I am currently using a 2015 MacBook Pro, but it’s dying on me… Can someone help me out? I’m open to purchasing other ones from other retailers too! As long as it’s in the $500-700 range. I just have some listed from Costco because the deals seem pretty good. I have a little wiggle room in price if it’ll be truly worth it. It's been hard lately, I miss the act of blowing smoke more than anything at this point, yesterday went back to vaping after 6 months clean and I started having mood swings which weren't a problem with my withdrawal.. until now. Good thing I noticed soon and ditched that nasty vape.
What I'm trying to say is, don't try to patch a bad habit with another one, it's not a good idea. Anyone knows a good way to cope with this?

 | incoming yapfest so i got bloodwork done and my doctor told me my vitamin D levels are pretty lacking (at 12 oops) so i decided to get some vitamin D-rich foods to have alongside with my supplements. i was looking up ideas and came across sardines, and me being the opposite of a picky eater, bought a couple tins having never tried them before. i ate some in a mustard sauce with butter and crackers and holy cow i fell in love with them. so much so i went to world market later that same day, went a little crazy, and bought all of these cans as well. i have a pretty robust palate to begin with, so i also bought some olives, cheese spread, sauerkraut etc. safe to say this will be my hyper-fixation food for the next couple of months. anyway i just wanted to share my silly little story, thanks for listening submitted by Impossible-Piece-211 to CannedSardines [link] [comments] |

So my 22 month old son is using the potty on demand. When I take his diaper off and take him to the potty he goes. Today I put a diaper on him at 1 for nap and by 5 it was still dry so I took him to the potty and he went which means he’s holding his urine. What’s the next step though? How do I get him to start telling me when to go to the potty what about poop? Do I keep using diapers until he poops in the potty?

Just got my string of ruby plant from a TikTok shop and a mealy bug fell off it 😫 I put it right outside but how should I handle this now?
This plant got lost in the mail and took almost 3 weeks to get here. TikTok has already refunded me because of the shipping. I have gotten other plants from this seller that arrived in 2-3 days and had no issues. Could the delay in the shipping have caused this?
How do I treat the string of ruby now? It’s the only one I saw on there but I wanted to get it outside right away so I didn’t have issues with my other plants. Do I need to keep it away from all my outdoor plants too?

So I called to get an appointment.He did go on the roof and inspect and said that was more. When he was done he told me it was $350 then went uh I meant $530. He also said the cap on my chimney needed to be replaced and said it would cost around $6k. I did a quick Google search and the part was about $500 and labor it would be a bit more then that.
