ok, so im 21, and im trying to figure out why i keep fighting with myself over being transfem or just wanting to dress fem, and not actually be a full blown woman or not, (or be nonbinary\gender neutral?) and why i get so happy with my preferred name candy, and my she her pronouns. like, ive never had a desire to be dressing feminine untill just this year alone. never explored it in my teen years, or childhood, i know prince inspired me to explore my feminine side, and did inspire me to dive into the purple rain of femininity, but i got a question here, what makes you feel personally the happiest about your gender idenity and pronouns?
like i know that candy she her brings me tons of joy, i just don't understand why.

2024.11.26 23:21 Mean_Window1087 I had a fractured fibula that resulted in a torn ligament in my ankle on my right leg.
I had surgery Wednesday nov 20th. Surgeon i believe put in a disc with a band to secure my ankle. I was advised i am able to lay however I would like with out a boot in bed but have to have it for when I need to get out of bed and move around.
My question is is this normal? I would think to protect the foot it would need a boot or something so no risk of messing it up more. I'm scared to move my foot with out the boot period.
I unwrapped my leg to make sure everything looked good. It did. Rewrapped it and stuck it back in a boot. The boot was rubbing against the incision site area. I took boot off. Had sharp electric feelings shoot through my leg and numbness in toes in and out.
Can someone please help me. I didn't get any good info on what I need to do and not need to do fully after surgery.
I'm scared to leave it out of the boot but if I'm supposed to. Does anyone have any ideas and ways to know how to lay and not.

2024.11.26 23:21 enjoyables1921 Hashimotos with high insulin resistance - anyone else?
I got diagnosed with Hashimotos two months ago but I still have normal TSH values so I‘m not taking any meds. Doctor didn‘t advice anything else but I‘m making lifestlyle and diet changes. I did some more tests and I found out I have high insulin resistance as well. My HOMA-IR is 8.1, which is high I believe. My doctor said I‘m not diabetic but I‘m going to a Diabetologist in 3 weeks. My glucose levels of the past 3 lab results I had this year are slightly elevated. So are my leukocyctes. I also found out my IGA is also slightly elevated. But it could also just be from Hashimoto‘s. I‘m overweight but not obese. And I have a slight Vitamin D deficiency. Does anyone else have Hashimotos and high IR? If so, what are you doing to improve your health?

Não, não fiz curso nem vi aulas, devo ter aprendido da pior forma possível, mas funcionou né ksksk É final de ano e cá estou eu, conseguindo ler perfeitamente! Claro, sempre há palavrinhas novas ou simplesmente esqueço algo bem idiota, afinal de contas, não é minha língua materna. Agora estou treinando para ouvir, acho que estou indo bem! O estudo é eterno, dempre tem como melhorar Inglês não é um mostro de sete cabeças, só descobrir sua forma de aprender. Desejo bons estudos para os que estão aprendendo alguma outra língua!
