Hi! So I am a 19 year old female, I go to Dallas college. However, I live with my parents and it's a toxic environment, which has been affecting me and my studies. I have been looking into moving out by next year max. I will be having two Jobs at least on of them will be working from home. I have looked into multiple apartments and their rent, but some are either two expensive or some of the neighborhoods are very unsafe. If anyone knows any good affordable complexes with good safety and a bus stop near by as I won't be having a car, please let me know! If anyone also knows any good jobs that are remote and pay decently minimum $16-19 an hour. Thank you.

I am looking to hire on an additional member to my digital marketing firm that I am just starting up. We have a few projects currently that require additional assistance. Depending on how things go with the firm and yourself, this could end up as a permanent position with stable income.
Some requirements for this position:
- You must be comfortable taking calls with me and other members. We are all extremely laid back so I promise this isn't going to be a high-stress environment.
- Your English and writing skills need to be near impeccable (as in you need to know how to write a professional email).
- You need to be highly responsive to my chats/calls. I don't expect you to drop everything but I expect a high degree of communication.
- You need to be somewhat comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud but I need someone who is proficient in Illustrator, photoshop, and is comfortable working with dielines.
- Please be US based or at the very least you will need a stable connection to me such that there is no dropped calls as we could potentially have you in meetings with us.
- A huge plus is to be comfortable using Midjourney and ChatGPT.

Hello everyone,
While getting my rear wheel bearings changed my driver rear ABS sensor has cracked. I'm looking for both driver and passenger rear ABS sensor for my 07 that can be picked up in generally around the Bay Area.
I have a track day at Laguna this Saturday which is why I'm in such a rush ðŸ˜.
Or, if anyone knows if the car is still drivable (i.e pull a fuse) without my driver rear ABS broken please let me know.
