I ll start first
- Research and benchmarking- Often use ChatGPT to get a quick summary and ask questions off of large ESG documents/reports/regulations/policies.
- Writing - Regularly draft internal and external ESG communication. Also take help in filling out reports.

 | A week ago I saw a great deal on FB marketplace, someone selling “an unwanted gift” kindle PW 11gen signature edition for 70 quid. Having used a 6th gen PW for over a decade now, I just wanted to upgrade. Needless to say it was too good to be true. After trying and failing to register and speaking with Amazon it turns out this was marked as “undelivered” by the owner and hence locked. They could do nothing. Luckily the seller offered 100 refund. Being a calibre loyalist I offered to keep the device for a lower price. So I got a 11th gen PW for 35 quid now. It works perfectly fine except it’s unregistered and reminds me sometimes when I navigate to library. P.S: The 6th gen PW is still going very strong with zero signs of aging. This one is just better in all ways. I feel a little bad for aiding fraud but I’m trying to get into grips with the moral compass here while I selfishly enjoy the pretty decent deal. 2024.11.27 00:22 MrWorldwideFB Tension headache everyday almost 24/7 for the past 4-5 years
Hi, I know this is not a tension headache sub but I can’t find any sub for tension headache so I really hope it’s okay I write this here.
I’ve been dealing with tension headache almost everyday for the past like 4-5 years. Nothing is really triggering it. It’s just there. When it’s “not” there it’s still there actually just on a low intensity like 1-2 out of 10. But when it’s really there it’s 7-9 out of 10. When the intensity is up there I get really confused and can’t concentrate. At work my eyes will follow the screen but my brain won’t take up information.
I’ve been to the doctor several times and they just started to take me seriously right now. I will be seeing a neurologist next week.
No pain killers are helping. I’ve tried Aspirin, Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, Kodein and I’ve even tried Cloroxzason (muscle relaxant) which I got as a prescription from my doctor. And when I say they don’t help, they really don’t. They don’t even lower the intensity a little bit.
My head is getting foggy and I'm getting restless. My doctor said it’s tension headache and not migraine however we don’t know what is causing it. I have pain in one side only but it’s a constant. No throbs or pulses. I’m not sensitive to light, sound, smell or touch and I have no nausea or vomiting. I also tried Sumatriptan which didn’t help.
When I turn my head to the right and really push it all the way to the right with my hand I can feel pain in the back of my head on the left side of where I usually get my tension headache. It’s like if I stretch it a lot it gives me an intensive pain. However, if I turn my head to the left and do the same, so the right side of my muscles on the back of my head stretches, I don’t get that same pain? I don’t know if that tells anything
Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

Hi I'm hoping there is an amp tech out there familiar with at least valve combos with reverb tanks. My Orange AD30R has an issue with fizz/volume drop with the reverb above 0. It sounds fine when reverb is on 0. It has happened before and resolved after an (overdue) complete tube replacement 2 years ago. But it's happened again.
Would this be the V2 preamp tube or something else? I've heard reverb tanks can be temperamental. The reverb has generally been quite weak even when turned to full.

 | Selling my 2000 E39 M5. This car has lived up to all the hype around it being one of the greatest sports sedans of all time. Quick, agile, sleek, and comfortable all at the same time. This is a long read, so stick with me and maybe this car will be the one for you. Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It runs and drives like an absolute dream. From my experience, this M5 is one of THE BEST driving experiences, period. History: There is a significant amount of documentation behind this car, so I want to shed light on all of that. The car came with a notebook with records of every little thing done and looked at all the way back to 2005 (in addition to a stack of maintenance documents). It has a rebuilt title due to a rear-end accident in 2016 with the original owner. I was told the original owner was a very meticulous engineer who serviced it at his local dealership, stored it in the garage, and overall treated it as his baby. He decided to sell and the 2nd owner fixed it up. The frame wasn’t bent, it was just some new body panels and electronics in the rear end that were required. I think it looks really good and you can only notice any imperfections in very specific lighting. It’s missing the rear parking sensors (sometimes beeps when put in reverse). The third owner bought it in 2020 and put about 30k miles on it. He replaced the clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, rear main seal, carrier gasket, pilot bearing, guibo, trans mounts, throwout bearing, clutch pivot fork pin, fuel filter, trans fluid, and new windshield washer lines about 17,000 miles ago. Due to a front diff mount failure, he installed a used rear subframe that had the front diff mount reinforced (included all new bushings). Vanos and timing chain guides have both been monitored but never replaced. I enjoyed the car for a while but realized I have too much on my plate to give the car proper attention. I just had the brake union lines replaced and the system bled. Interior and exterior: Leather seats are in exceptionally good shape for their age. Everything works except for the driver automatic headrest height adjustment. Speakers sound great. The exterior is also in great shape for the mileage. It has a small dent right below the rear left door handle and a few light scratches and small chips here and there. Desirable modifications: The car sits on adjustable BC suspension and 18x9.5J TSW Valencias installed by the 1st owner in around 2012. It’s fairly low but not so much that it affects drivability. I’ve never felt it rub, even with a full car. It has a square setup of 275-35/18 Continental Extreme Contact tires with less than 4000 miles on them (Great tires, zero complaints). The previous owner had OEM Euro Hella headlights installed (significant upgrade). It has a E60 545i shifter (common upgrade, shorter throw than stock). It has Magnaflow mufflers/Rogue Engineering X-Pipe. It’s the perfect loudness in my opinion and doesn’t drone at all. Inside the car it is very quiet until you really get the RPMs up. It has a software tune that removes the 155mph speed limiter. It has an add-on rear camera (haven’t messed with it much). It has a MediaBridge Bluetooth module to play music. Mechanical maintenance: This M5 runs and drives beautifully. The car could use some mechanical attention, but my understanding is that nothing is especially urgent. I had a professional inspection done and I will be transparent with potential buyers about all the little things that eventually need to be addressed, because I know it's important to know what you're getting into. I want the car to go to someone who can enjoy this iconic and legendary piece of BMW M engineering from the golden era of BMWs, when they had the tech to be fast and comfortable, but still make you feel so connected to the road.
