2024.11.27 00:40 VastFly1860 Why so many blood suckers?
At this point I can't even do any more side quests/walk around the zone anymore. I was walking from Zalissya to malachite and got jumped by like 3 or 4 at a time. Ok, maybe I'm just getting near the end of the game so they are making it harder. I run from the blood suckers and get to stc malachite (the base) and decide to do some side quests for some coupons. I accept the quest black sheep and at every location there were 2-3 bloodsuckers waiting to kick my ass. Ok. Don't have the ammo or money to do that. I go back to malachite and accept a commission from needle. Nope. 4 or 5 bloodsuckers PER LOCATION. WHY? THE QUEST ONLY GOVES ME LIKE A FEW THOUSAND COUPONS. That's hardly enough for the IMMENSE ammo that I need to buy to kill these bullet spongy creatures, much less the INSANE repairs to my suit. I've decided it's not worth it and I'm forced to only do the main quest and avoid all fights that aren't necessary. The bad thing is I don't have hardly enough money to keep buying ammo, and without side quests I have no way of getting money.

Hello, am a baby attorney (licensed fall 2023) and have been struggling with creating a good system for me and my assistant. The issue here is that she is remote and allegedly having all these computer issues, but she doesn’t always communicate when she is having these issues. At this point, it’s getting to where some of the other attorneys assigned to her are having to file their own motions because she doesn’t seem to answer emails very quickly even though they will give her a heads up about the filings and then after the fact will tell them she was having computer issues. No calls, no texts, no email from personal email, nothing. Our HR has been pretty wishy washy about this and continues to say that they are “addressing it” and they “hear our concerns.” I know she is older and much more experienced than me in the legal field as far as filings/notices/etc, but I don’t want that to stop me from trying to figure out my own system for keeping track of all my cases. What is your system that works for you between you and your assistant?

I am in the process of renovating the house and I am looking to do some structured cabling throughout in hopes that install techs will stop destroying my siding and trim for cable runs.
The issue is I am looking for advice on a splitter, I’ve looked at so many options at this point idk what I should be choosing anymore, have also seen a few forums that state splitting coax 6+ ways like I’m looking to do is a no go as signal degradation is so high it renders it useless. I have Comcast Xfinity internet if it changes anything.
Any advice or recommendations on products would be greatly appreciated.

Antes já era difícil, especialmente em Porto Alegre que é um forno e o verão é 40° mas tenho ctz q era ok viver. Mas ultimamente chegando nos 30° ou se não tiver uma brisa eu fico exausta e estressada. Meu cérebro derrete e eu não existo. Não condigo trabalhar, fazer reunião, exercícios.
Qualquer tecido parece pesado. Tenho que passar o dia semi nua e saio com as roupas mais leves o possível e até roupa que deveria ser de verão me incomoda. Hj vi gente de calça no SOL e não conseguia entender COMO.
Ao mesmo tempo eu não suo muito. Só sinto como se eu tivesse constantemente em um forno e tomo umas 3 duchas geladas por dia (se ta 40° não te ducha gelada). De noite até esfria mas não o suficiente até a madrugada e se eu durmo de ventilador ligado eu acordo resfriada. Socorro?

Phone number called me claiming to be dasher support
They said the customer wanted to add more stuff to the order and they will compensate me (red flag #1)
Told me to tell them the code they sent to my phone number (red flag #2). I was driving and wasn’t fully paying attention to the text so I gave him the code.
I double checked the contents of the order right after and they ordered 7 PlanB pills (red flag #3). I hung up and changed my password immediately. I don’t confirm an email address or phone number after they asked me to.
Also the guy spoke perfect English and wasn’t an Indian guy, that’s probably the biggest red flag
Am I fucked?

Last night my gf(23f) and I (23m) went to her parents house to celebrate the engagement of her sister.
Everything was fine until at the end of that day. I got a little drunk. My girlfriend was already asleep. Her brother (25m) that never liked me for no reason was the only one awake, he offered me a glass of water and I drunk it after that I don’t remember nothing.
In the morning, I woke up with no clothes alone. I got up and ran downstairs and my gf was having breakfast. She asked where did I sleep last night and I lie and said that I slept in the bathroom.
Now her brother’s constantly threatening to tell my gf what we supposedly did. I don’t remember a thing.
He wants me to break up with her and leave the company. Her dad got me this job at his company saying that he believes I’m the one for his daughter. I’m finally getting my shit together, I really can’t mess this up. I really can’t break her heart. Her brother hates me for no reason and now I don’t know how to deal with this.
He sent me videos of me with him in the shower. I really don’t remember any of that. How can I stop him from threatening me without my gf or her family knowing ?

I can't get the laptop to turn on whether it's plugged in or not, but the light keeps pulsing green. If I hold down the power button, the LED will flash white and then stop lighting up until I press the power button again.
It was working fine earlier but suddenly a few rows of pixels on the screen turned to random colors and then the display completely shut off.
I tried connecting an external display and that didn't work either, so I don't think it's a display issue.

What I mean by that is that we hardly talk to each other at our fast food job. We work two days a week together. We say maybe one thing (unrelated to work) to each other a day. But he came to my birthday party. He got me a really great gift and was one of the first to come and last to leave.
We’ve gone back to normal. He has people he almost prefers talking to over me. We don’t say a word to each other.
