please disregard any accolades. but Bo reminds me of Tom Brady. maybe more athletic. but just can read a defense & put the ball in the right spot. I feel like the play QB in a similar way. Tom brady preaches take what the defense gives you. sometimes it's dink & dunk, run heavy, or vertical deep passes. Tom was obviously not the most physically gifted, but he was more successful than anyone before him. fwiw i hated tom brady when he was a player.

I added some clean aquarium gravel to give the roots something to grip but I don't know if it's ok to leave like this. If it does need reporting, what type of soil/pot should I use?

2024.11.27 01:44 Racc2424 Car cranking and not starting… sometimes

I have a 2015 KIA Optima that is cranking but not starting. It’s an issue that has been happening for about a week now. I would try to start and it would crank but not turn over, then after a couple tries it would turn on, this happened for 2 days and then it magically went away for about 3 days. But then one morning it starts fine and I go park at a store, and when I come out to leave, it cranks but doesn’t turn over, after about 5 minutes of trying it turns over once again. My interior lights aren’t dimming and I have dash lights on. It’s very random when it does turn over fine and when it does not. Then yesterday it didn’t turn over at all until the 4th or 5th try. But today it had no problem starting. I took it into a shop and they told me they could not do anything because they could not recreate what was happening. Any ideas on what this could be?

Back into a Jeep Wrangler! Problems already Just got this ‘17 Sport unlimited, and my god… where to start.
The top leaks. The driver side door leaks at the corner near the seat belt. The heat only works on passenger side. After further research, something about casting sand blah blah, pull the radiator cap and it has shiny copper looking bits in the liquid— bastop leak. What moron put stop leak in this thing?!
Windshield wipers do whatever they want when it rains. Works fine when it doesn’t rain, but literally do random stuff when it does rain and I turn them on, so much so that I turned the vehicle off and removed the keys and they continued to wipe for 10 seconds or so. Tail lights full of water. Uconnect sucks, Bluetooth sucks, pauses randomly.
Things I’ve done or planning to do: Changed the radio for a wireless CarPlay radio, works a thousand times better. Changed the headlights and taillights. Added a backup camera. Cleaned valleys of the freedom panels, not sure why it’s leaking. Will need to get a hose and see if it leaks. Bought a bunch of fittings, gonna back flush the heater core and start flushing that part of the system, then do the same for the radiator. Also, put it on a lift and the radiator looks brand new.
Context, it’s a one owner jeep, clean CARFAX, 100k miles. Cost me 18k. Figured it was a good deal. And this is what I get!🤣 just kidding, all that aside I love it, I love how it drives, how it looks, and it’s capabilities it affords me when wanting to go off-roading. I came from an 09 cobalt beater that I drove around saving up for this, so. Any advice would be welcome. Don’t slam me too hard for complaining, lol.

2024.11.27 01:44 mith_thryl the defensive energy is not there anymore

the last 2 games were signs of clear lack of energy come 4th quarter. this is a stark difference compared to the 1st 8 games. i know that teams are also catching up to their rhythm, but what's worse is that why are going backwards? the lack of defensive effort, turnovers after turnovers, and clear issue at fouling.
it's weird considering that the guys were still hustling before even up 20 in 4th but the past 2 games, the defensive mentality is not there. we weren't getting blown out, but worse, we're letting huge leads become a loss. getting such leads shows that we are capable of outscoring other teams because we have a working offensive system not reliant on a true big, nor a 2nd option - but where's the defense? where's the defense we saw in boston, in the 1st couple of games? we lost to brooklyn by letting them shoot their shots (and brooklyn is a great 3pt-shooting team), we lost to the spurs because everyone was out of their game (understandable considering it is b2b)
but what's unacceptable is the lack of defensive effort. it's fine if we let the opposing team outscore us slightly per quarter? but a 41pt 4th quarter? what a disaster. getting a 2nd option or a big won't even save the warriors from this if they keep getting their souls sucked every 4th quarter. if they can't generate offense, atleast make it also hard for the opposing teams.
p.s won't focus on specific players because damn, no single player can fucking save us if we're gonna get huge leads get blown.

Hello, I hope you're all doing well. Please, keep in mind that I wrote this post for another sub-reddit initially, but my post didn't yield any results. (This is why I explained the name of the channels )
What I’m about to talk about is something I had always labeled as weird. It happened during the last months of 2010 or the early months of 2011 (Maybe 2012 ?) —I can’t recall the exact period. I should also mention that I'm from Morocco, and this cartoon (which I think resembles an anime, similar to Totally Spies) was broadcasted by either Al Oula (which means "The First" in English, for those curious) or 2M.
The thing is, this "cartoon" was quite dark compared to what we were used to. It started with the narrator, a boy who had lost his father years ago, speaking while a dwarf-like character with reddish hair (not ginger) was making a potion. Later, a letter from the father arrives at the boy's home along with a doll depicting the same dwarf (who may be the villain). The boy believes his father is still alive, but his mother doesn’t share his enthusiasm, as she is preparing to marry a man who has a daughter.
This is where the plot became strange. The boy is forced to attend his mother’s wedding, and he has to endure the presence of the man’s daughter. Shortly after, worms emerge from the doll. The boy tries to stop them but fails, which results in him being abandoned by his mother. Similarly, the father abandons the girl. Both children end up near a pond, and the girl, furious about the doll incident, argues with the boy until a dog chases them.
That’s all I can remember. The setting was modern, similar to our everyday world, but I can’t recall any other details. I thought it would be an interesting piece to share, and I'm curious to see if anyone knows about it
