This afternoon I gave our techs training on the new ScreenConnect Cloud instance we purchased last week, after pushing out the agent to our end user workstations yesterday. Everyone very impressed with the feature set and eager to get started.
About an hour later, one of the techs connects to a remote workstation to change some network settings. The last event in the ScreenConnect log was them encountering a UAC prompt when they opened the System Properties control panel, and then 20 seconds later every agent is disconnected and we now see this when we log in:
This account has been temporarily suspended as part of our routine security protocols. We detected suspicious activity and are actively investigating to ensure everyone's safety. If you have any concerns or additional information, please contact our support team at [[email protected]]. Thank you for your understanding.Have emailed that address without our account and instance ID to ask what's going on but did not receive any reply by close of business. Anyone experienced this and have any insights? I can still access the ScreenConnect audit log and it confirms the only logins were authorized users via our company SSO, so I don't think it's a result of any unauthorized access.

okay, so i was recently blessed by the cat distribution system and have zero idea what i'm doing. i've grown up with dogs my whole life and only really know the basics about cats, but i am now the proud owner of an (approximately) 8mo old tortie who was taken in off the streets. she's been given a clean bill of health by her vet and is an absolute sweetheart.
i'm not entirely sure what i'm doing wrong but she's started to only half eat her food, is this her telling me she doesn't like it? she's currently getting 1/4 cup of science diet sensitive skin and tummy in the morning and 1/8 cup of that mixed with 1/2 a small can of fancy feast medleys in the evening to help keep up her fluid intake. she'll usually eat about half of it and then let the rest just sit.
i'm looking for any and all advice on what i'm doing wrong, right, or just generally what y'all recommend and what y'all feed your kitties please :)

Looking at getting an 48gb M4 Pro 14 core or 48gb M4 Max.
My primary use will be for mixing and mastering in Pro Tools.
I do also plan on using to it to casually edit photos in Lightroom and Photoshop. Honestly my 2017 i7 MBP still handles this well.
From my understanding the Max models are primarily better in the GPU department. Since I do zero video work I don’t really see a need for this.
For audio work is there any reason to get the Max over the Pro?
