This is really a question about Freud and not Lacan but seems like worth a try to post it here:
In his three essays text, Freud says that libido is the same in men and women and to the extent he can consider it masculine or feminine he says the libido is of a masculine nature. (As I recall a footnote explains by this he means that libido is of an 'active' nature, regardless of the aim towards which it is directed.)
In this text Freud doesn't really provide any examples about what he has observed among his patients that lead him to this conclusion. But I was wondering if there are other texts by his Freud where we can glean how he formed these ideas? I can't recall anything to that effect off the top of my head from what I've read but maybe someone has suggestions?

This song actually showed up on my YouTube feed randomly and I looked at it out of curiosity, and it's been on repeat pretty much ever since lol. I absolutely love this song, it's just so catchy and fun and there's so much personality in the lyrics and their delivery. Very reminiscent of Sabrina Carpenter. I think Sloane's well on her way to becoming a well-known indie pop singer if she keeps putting out songs like this.

Hey fellow Chucky fans,
You ever notice how some movies just embrace their own ridiculousness? I just rewatched Bride of Chucky and I'm still blown away by how gloriously stupid it is. 'Let's make a killer doll get married to another killer doll!' I mean, who comes up with a plot like that for a sequel? It's like they took every cheesy '80s horror movie, threw 'em in a blender, and hit puree.
Chucky's like the doll with the attitude of a disgruntled New York City cab driver with deadly intentions. And Tiffany's like the doll version of a Real Housewife. All she cares about is getting married, starting a family, and causing harm. You know, the usual.
But you know what the funniest part is? It works, and the film is actually enjoyable. It's like the movie's winking at you, saying 'Hey, we know this is ridiculous, but come on, let's have some fun!'
And that's what I love about "Bride of Chucky". It's a movie that's unapologetically stupid, and that's what makes it brilliant. So, if you ever find yourself with nothing to do (and you already watched the entire Chucky tv series), grab some popcorn, and watch "Bride of Chucky".

2024.11.27 03:44 Tesla120 Group was hijacked and admin team blocked.. How do we get it recovered?

So I was an admin of a very large, nearly 80k person group, this was a group of healthcare professionals and was the largest one of its kind on Facebook.
Today at some point the group disappeared, I sent a text to the other admin who also could no longer see the group. She was able to access it from her husband's account and it clearly had a large number of Indian/Pakistani profiles listed as admin along with obvious fake accounts "pillow28" "Punjab 25" etc.
We have no real way to report anything to Facebook since we were blocked from the group, and there's no help whatsoever in the support center.
Is there any hope of recovering this and not loosing the 80k people who joined for the education and professional support?

Hello,
I am slightly losing my mind on getting the right productivity average for my team. I believe using SUMPRODUCT is not getting me where I really need to be and I can't figure it out.
I have team of lets say 20 people (not measuring them against each other), each working on different tasks for different amount of time. Each task has very different target (can be target as high as 300 or as low as 5). I am trying to incorporate the fact that some people are working on 1 task for 30.4h a week and only 1 day working on something else. If they underperform on the 1 day, usually because it is not their usual task to do so they are slower, their basic average counting is thrown off by that. So I am looking to include the fact that they worked 4 days on something they excel in and only 1 day on something they were not as good at. I thought weighed average is what I need, but I am not entirely sure if its is correct.
When doing weighed average: =SUMPRODUCT(C14:C16,G14:G16)/SUM(C14:C16) I am getting on the below example 104.87% is this right? I am little bit nervous that this doesn't actually include the targets, so maybe that is why I think it may not be right.
I have also tried to put 100% in all 3 functions in the example below and I am then getting SUMPRODUCT as 99.07% and not 100%, not sure why.
