Fairly new to fishing and wanted to buy myself a new reel/rod.(open to spending a little on something nice) I currently use a spinning reel, but want to purchase a baitcaster. Mostly doing saltwater fishing. .Just got my license (California) so I’ll be spending time on piers or the beach and would like to eventually go on a boat of some sort…
Would like to hear opinions on some good options. Thanks.

So far I've learned much of pure land Buddhism and its schools but I would like to learn about more schools. The only two schools I'm familiar with after pure land are Chan Buddhism, zen, viet buddhism (Chan and pure land combined?) and shingon (I think shingon is vajrayana though)

2024.11.27 03:37 tdw-12 Bozo in the Labyrinth (Pike 252) is criminally underrated.
I've never really seen anyone talk about this album in any Buckethead circles. I listened to it again earlier today and IMO it's easily top ten and deserves to be mentioned alongside the other heavily beloved pikes like Project Little Man, Hold Me Forever, and Claymation Courtyard. Also Flooded Ballroom is probably the best jam style track he's ever made.

So, dear redditsphere, what do you think about my half baked idea to make some money (im at zero monthly income) by selling D2D.
I did tv/internet here in canada during the fall. Stopped because the evening hours were a hard no for my wife.
Im thinking aboit selling multiple products and services, with the hope of getting more success at the door as a Household Savings Specialist.
For starters, ill be generating referrals for other sales reps who agree to kickback a portion of their commission for funneling business to them. I open funnel to reps who contractually sign with me, and i might buold up to having 2-3 per field in case of unavailablility, produxt/service/situstion specialization, and a hedge against sloppy customer service by redirectinf future cudtomers elsewhere.
HH Products/Services: Utility Provider (nat gas, power) Telecom (tv, internet, cellphone) Debt/Interest (mortgage broker, consolidation) Investment Advisory (savings) Tax Prep/Revision
My own personal service: transaction history analysis for wasteful/excessive spending -- promotes more savings.
I could even do the tax prep and revision myself, once their know like and truat factor is up on initial savings successes.
So, what do you think?

2024.11.27 03:37 Professional_Leg9441 I'm about to fail Calculus 3 for the 2nd time
I'm a community college student trying to transfer to a university for ME. I took calculus 3 last quarter and got below a 2.0. I did very poor on the midterm. Even if I ace the final I will only get a 2.7. I will be able to take it next quarter again for transfer. This will be the 5th time I would repeat a course.
I just feel hopeless now. I'm not sure what to do. I spent too much time focusing on my other engineering course and less on this course. I not even sure if any university will accept me with 5 repeated courses.

2024.11.27 03:37 Ok_Alternative_4300 MAVEN B1.2 10x42 need to have MAVEN screw me over again royally because this one NEEDS WARRANTY TOTALLY NOT AS DESCRIBED AND SELLER STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY MESSAGES
 | Bought these advertised as like new but one side internal lenses are totally focked up with lots of debris inside several layers of inner glass really looks like looking through major fog one side while the other side is clear. Reminds me of buying vintage Binoculars with such haziness in the views but with this Maven it's only on one side. It's not internally fogged. There's a lot of stuff on the insides of multiple internal lenses. Looks like aot of fine dust specs like millions of them inside. The other side is fine no haziness however it's not as clear as my Skyrover Banner Cloud APO 10x42 and it's not even a close comparison the SRBC is at least one or two levels above in optical clarity and brightness. This is totally focked up... Am I having to send them in on my own dime and wait another three months to get them half azz serviced like they did with my other 4 Japan B-Series I previously sent in? The image quality on the good side isn't that great for what I had expected based on all of their raving reviews. Image quality looks not as brilliant compared to my $400-$500 Japan made SIG Zulu 7 10x42. It resembles the image quality of my previous Vortex Razor HDs that I gotten rid of.
