I’m wondering what psychedelic combos you all enjoy. Some of my best and worst drug experiences have been from mixing 2 different psychedelics. 4-aco-dmt+1cp-lsd was a combo I did fairly recently and it was amazing, doses were ~160ug 1cp-lsd and ~12mg 4-aco-dmt. I’m thinking of trying lsd+2cb again soon, I tried it a long time ago and it was very intense but I definitely took too much lol. Also considering taking eth-lad and lsd together. But I’m just wondering which psychedelic combos you find synergistic or were particularly good, and what made them special. I’d appreciate any response 🙏

We started hanging out as just friends but we also flirt w each other a lot. I don't mind the flirting, I do it too but as time passes by, I started finding her attractive and interesting. We went out on friday night and was talking about dating friends and how it can get messy at times. So, seeing as I will not be able to just stay friends with her, I told her that night that I will let her know if I start having feelings for her so we can deal with the situation then. I felt the air was getting heavy, so I didn't push. But when we were coming back, she started flirting again. And Sunday we spent most of the day together and it honestly felt like a date. We went to exhibitions, came to my place to swim, then took her out to dinner. I told her about this song that reminds me of her, she posted it on her story with a pic of her that I took. We had a great time the whole night.
Monday morning, she told me about this issue she has around her period time and said she gets emotional too quick, stays tired all day and it's not pretty. Then last night she asked me to join her to meet her friend and friend's boyfriend for dinner. We flirted in front of them, was having a great time until we went to a bar. Which is where i told her i might have a little crush on her. She acted like this is the first time she's hearing about this. And honestly the way she reacted, it wasn't bad.. but it's not what i was expecting. Wasn't gonna ask her out, it's not there yet.. But I am having a crush on her.
She flirts so much w me and we spent so much time together that everyone was thinking we were dating. A few times I discussed her with my friends and they also saw her hitting on me over text and whatnot. She should know I have a crush on her, I thought she did too. But the reaction to the news last night kinda left me a little unsettled. It's still early, so I can handle any feelings I might have started developing early on and easily, but I also don't want to bother her with this. I think I should just distance myself, but what do you guys think is going on and any suggestions? Thanks!

A little background info:
So first of all, I’m a guy who’s alhamdulillah more practicing than an average person. Then I think we would all have a much more happy and healthy marriage life so now in saying this.

Today I got my blood work back from the first set of Autoimmune test I’ve had. My uric acid is high along with C-reactive proteins. He is sending me to a rheumatology dr finally. I’ve been complaining of pains a psoriasis for awhile now. He is starting me on Mobic and a medication to help bring down my Uric Acid. What can I expect from the rheumatologist? Will he do more testing or is there any more test for Psoriatic arthritis? I’m also looking into diet plans because I want to do everything I can to help myself. I’m thinking cutting out most red meat and Gluten. Is there anything else I should avoid?

A while back (i want to say in the beginning of nov.) i accidentally ripped half of my nail bed off of one of my pinky toes. i figured it would be okay after a good wash, ointment, and bandaging. Nope! on the 12th of november i noticed that my toe was swollen and that there was a scab growing where the half of my nail bed was. It wasn’t huge, but still a cause for concern. i started to take care of it more, washing it more intently and applying ointment. finally i decided to go to the ER. there they prescribed me cephalexin. i took it 4 times a day for a week and it honestly did not do much. now, it’s grown a bit bigger but not huge. i’ve soaked it in salt water and im still applying ointment. i’m not sure where to go next, perhaps back to the ER? is there any other home remedies i should try before i go back? please help!
