Bah.. a história é longa.. então vou resumir.. Participei de um leilão e arrematei uma sala comercial. Ótimo.. Estava feliz. Negócio é que no leilão vc tem pouquíssimas informações relevantes sobre o que se está adquirindo. O que aconteceu? Simples.. Cheguei lá pra apresentar documentação na Adm do local (Galeria Malcon / Centro de Porto Alegre) e na inocência pergunto: o que tem nesse andar?.. Imediatamente o silêncio toma conta do local e a moça responde "Garotas de PG". Eu já havia até comunicado com um chaveiro para abrir a porta do local, porém estava trancado apenas com um cadeado e quando abri... Imagine uma cena de The Walking Dead... completamente abandonado, tudo extremamente Mofado e podre há pelo menos 5 anos.. um pulgueiro.. tão abandonado que até as baratas estavam mortas.. Coco de rato por absolutamente tudo.. inclusive dentro dos pacotes de veneno pra rato. Uma pomba morando na janela.. sem contar com... bom.. vou tentar deixar 2 anexos..
Minha pergunta é a seguinte: O que vcs fariam nessa situação?
Detalhe: Já comecei certa limpeza e reforma.. retirei as macumbas (pois tinham mtas) então chamei um pai de santo pra tirar.. Já fiz a remoção de 90% do lixo (sapatos, chapéus e roupas usadas.. e uns 8 vibradores semi novos).. etc..

Hey all! I was smelling something musty / earthy in the kitchen so we went searching and found the smell was under the sink. Is this all mold or mildew first of all?
Secondly- it’s 100% dry. I thought maybe it was the dishwasher so we ran it tonight to see if we could recreate the problem but no water leaked! It’s still dry.
The pipes are dry as well. My guess is a bottle of liquid cleaner or something spilled and caused the issue.
So now what? I know it’s a new problem because I have a keen nose for that smell. It’s a pretty strong odor currently.
(I’m not sure what the brown goo is, but I know that’s not mold or mildew I’m talking about the grey/dark stuff towards the back. It’s up the wall a bit too on either corner)

A whole army of squirrels visits my house every day. (I have a squirrel picnic table, and I also hand-feed them nuts every night.) I’d like to purchase urn fillers (artificial Christmas plants with lights) to put on my front steps. Should I be worried about them attempting to eat the fake plants? I’d hate to not only waste my money, but also risk making my little friends sick.

To preface this, I have no idea how anything of this works, I just click things, say yes to stuff and download hopefully not malware, I dont even know what a wrapper is.
Im using Mac and I wanted to download Morrowind, OpenMW, then TES3MP. On the portingkit as far as I can tell, it only works with gog morrowind. I have only bought steam morrowind but I dont have the files on my mac. So I used my portingkit download of oblivion which lets me access a windows version of steam to download morrowind. Now, the issue is how do I direct to the files on that portingkit windows steam version.

2024.11.27 04:50 Electrical_Cost_2488 Beats Solo 4 vs Shokz OpenRun Pro
So this may be a weird comparison and I feel like I need to add some context. So I saw on Best Buy they have both the Beats Solo 4 and Shokz OpenRun Pro on sale for 99$ so I’m thinking about getting one of them. I have gone through many earbuds and unfortunately I have a uh embarrassingly bad track record of losing earbuds. I lost a pair of Apple AirPods at the airport and I recently just lost my pair of Bose sports earbuds. My other issue is I’m not the biggest fan of in-ear earbuds as they often fall out of my ear or are uncomfortable to wear. (I recently bought a pair of skullcandy Dime 2XT earbuds as backups but they are extremely uncomfortable and don’t stay in my ears well at all which is unfortunate because they are relatively nice for cheap earbuds). Anyways getting back to my question I’ve been thinking about beats because they are obviously bigger being headphones so hopefully I won’t lose them as easy. On the other hand with the Shokz open run they are bone-conducting earbuds which I have been extremely interesting in trying out but the cons are obviously the sound won’t be as good and the battery life is 10 hours (compared to 50 hours with the beats). I mostly plan on using them for running and studying so I am torn between the 2. How comfy are the Beats Solo 4 and how do they fair at the gym and with running? I’ve never ran with a pair of headphones so I do worry they might fall of my head during runs. Obviously the Shokz open runs would be the better choice for runs but beats does seem like the better value for the money. Anyways just want to get y’alls opinion on the Beats Solo 4 to see if they are worth the money or if I would be better off getting the Shokz open runs.
