It follows the basic requirements of achieving requiem: getting stabbbed by the arrow when you already have a stand and having a strong desire. In terms of its power, Bites The Dust is comparable Gold Experience Requiem in its abilities and characteristics:
Time: GER reverses actions, BTD reverses time for an hour.
Souls: GER put Diavolo's soul in the loop, BTD exploded Rohan's soul.
Fate: GER ignored King Crimson's fated victory, BTD creates fate in which people inevitably die.
Autonomy: This is not exclusive to Requiem stands, but it is their common feature. GER can act and talk when Giorno is affected by time skip, BTD can act when Kira is somewhere else.
Now, onto differences. Kira was stabbed instead of Killer Queen. In anime, it was shown that the stand is in the same place as its user, so perhaps arrows was aiming for KQ all along. I know this wasn't in the manga, but this could be the case of fixing the continuity error. The photo scene from Part 3 was added in anime to explain where Jotaro has the team picture in Part 5.
Another thing is that no one calls Killer Queen Requiem. Watsonian explanation is that this term was coined by Polnareff who simply isn't present in Part 4. Doylist explanation is that Araki simply didn't come up with the name yet.
Lastly, design. Killer Queen visually remained the same, but it did gain the belly pocket for the Stray Cat, so I guess not all Requiems gain drastic redesigns.
And that's why I think BTD is requiem in everything but the name.

I've been helping a friend send out invites for a competition he's organizing. I used the BCC feature to send it to the recipients. Went decently weel with very few bounces for the first couple days. Soon enough though, almost every mail bounced back with this issue. It's gotten to the point where i cant even send a test mail with absolutely no content. I created 2 more IDs solely for this purpose and both ran into the same error in a day's time. I started off with around 100 people per day, then went down to 20. Now its impossible to send even a single invite. I know i probably wont get a reply on this, but my friend has invested a lot into organizing this and i really want it to take off, and invites are a MUST for that to happen. So any and all advice will be appreciated.

- I spent around 2.9k at a merchant received Rs.29 as NeuCoins. I paid using the Tata Neu App (Scan and Pay). But, shouldn't the cashback be Rs.43 ? I searched this sub and found the cheatsheet and it was mentioning a 1.5% cashback as well.
- Another query : I am getting a new watch at Titan Showroom. Will there be any difference if I pay using UPI or using the CC?

I am a big fan of PHP since I have been using it forever, but is it just me, or have there been too many version changes in the last two years, for both Laravel and PHP?
I have a large Laravel project, I migrated a year ago to 10, then recently to 11 on PHP 8.3. Now I see 8.4 is out but there are some breaking changes causing problems.
You don't have to upgrade to the latest version, but surely minor versions should bring in security and bug fixes only, it should'nt break compatiablity.
