I've just been putting them back where I found them, but after playing for just a couple weeks, I've seen the same few a dozen times and I swear I've seen discussion of ones I haven't encountered. Do I need to put them in my inventory, or am I just getting unlucky with the ones I'm finding?

As the title says, my Internet stopped working about around 7 or 8pm and I was wondering if anyone else on long Island doesn't have Internet either. Customer service is saying I should make an appointment but I was just wondering if anyone else on long Island is having problems with optimum fiber at the moment. Thanks for any and all help.

I have been into stock market investing for 2 years, I pick good stocks and get profit but the thing is that I don't know when to entebuy a stock so as to earn max or near max profits.
Eg I research a stock and has good financials. I buy it for 100 now it goes to 80 and then finally to 120 for which I sell but how do I know that it might reach 80.
Are there any books that can help me in this.

2024.11.27 04:51 Zxnyyy 6 years later, brodies abscess (distomedial tibial osteomyelitis) and still in pain. Any hope?
Almost 6 years ago in 2019 I (19M) got surgery for brodies abscess or in other words a kind of bone infection. My doctor said it was chronic considering the size, and I did make a full recovery. I have full function of everything and my day to day life has little to no impact.
During the 1st year of recovery it obviously was weaker than before - as expected. I continued to do the exercises suggested to be my a physiotherapist and I quickly regained lost shank muscle. I only went to the PT 3 or 4 times and he said I was fine and to keep exercising.
Year 2 and 3 - covid shut down happend and I never really had any issue with my ankle as it wasn't really being used.
Year 4-6.5 (the last 2 and a half ish years) I've continued my healthier lifestyle. Going to the gym, playing sports etc. However this is when I was noticing more pain at the front of my ankle (between tip of my foot and front of leg) The slightest bit of running made my damaged ankle so much more tires than the other ankle. I went to the doctors got a follow up x ray to check for signs of infection reoccurring... yet nothing. My doctor also says no need for PT again and any pain is just permanent effects of surgery, I'm considering getting another opinion.
I've ways noticed some dull weakness in the damaged ankle but at this point my recovery after an hour of mediocre soccer was nearly 2 weeks. Hitting legs and cardio in the gym is a nightmare because my ankle will hurt for the following week.
To help describe this pain:
It's not like a sharp pain like a bruise, cut or twisted ankle. Instead it's this hollow, dull sense of weakness and noticeable discomfort at the top of my ankle. My ROM is stable as well, I've consistently done plantadorsi flexion, in/eversion, and static exercises (like calf raises, tibial raises, balancing on one foot and some resistance band work), yet this pains persists.
When it gets "really" bad I feel some of that same described pain wrap around the inner portion of my ankle bone (the big bump around it).
I've done so much for this injury and I know it'll never be the same, but is there any hope for me to atleast eleviate or get rid of some of this pain? I'm turning 20 soon, I'm still quite young and I feel like a lot of my active years have wasted away and if I don't fix this soon, my future years will be the same. I'm planning on going to the doctors office again, but wait times are long so I figured no harm in asking here. Thank you everybody

My cat has been seemingly having shortness of breath for about a year now. Around that time we started giving her liquid fluoxetine for her aggression towards our new cat. Since she is feral, she struggled a lot. After a month we brought her in and the vet said she heard in my cat’s chest what we were seeing. So they did a chest xray and it came back showing “thickened bronchioles” (bronchitis). As such, the vet said the following:
“The most likely reason for this to occur would be feline asthma. We cannot rule out infectious bronchitis but it would be considered less likely. There are no signs of aspiration pneumonia or masses in the chest.”
We did a round of antibiotics to ensure my cat has no infection, and while they definitely reduced the appearance of her breathing difficulty, it is not gone.
The vet said when I picked up the antibiotics to wait until her annual check up (January) and if she still has the symptoms to do another chest cray and a possible heart ultrasound to rule out heart issues (which would cost 1K+). I’m willing to pay it, but would prefer not to.
I’m wondering if anyone has experience with a similar case, and if it was asthma or anything else.
History: Adopted at 2YO, IBS, up to date on all exams and vaccines, on Fluoxetine for aggression and anxiety (feral).

2024.11.27 04:51 Sufferer_Nyx Hayao Miyazaki and the Heron: A Hauntingly Beautiful Documentary
I can’t recommend this documentary enough. It reinforces just how much complexity there is to every bit of symbolism in the film. It is Miyazaki’s most personal film and the documentary drives that fact in by providing so much background context. Seeing so many people he and Suzuki have known all their lives, is depressing. At this point in life, most people expect a lot of deaths, so while it hurts, Miyazaki also uses his work to face this pain head-on. Doing so provides him with a renewed sense of energy and motivation. Notably, there was a specific death that lingered in Miyazaki’s thoughts, even when portrayed on screen, an unexpected loss that deeply troubled him. All in all, it is truly amazing how Hayao Miyazaki wove elements of those dearest to him into this film. This choice imbued his final work with so much nuanced and elusive introspection.
