Got a great price on a 2021 RX450h with 85k miles. Single owner highway miles. Serviced every 5k miles at the local dealer. I drive <6k a year so it'll average out.
Obviously outside of warranty given the mileage.

Good friend at work texted about going to the game tonight since he knows I'm a Jayhawk fan. Afterwards, I texted him "gg Dukies!" He texted back that the term was offensive and insulting. I had no idea since everyone I've known has always called them that (usually spelled Dookies).
Was I unintentionally offensive or is he just salty? I apologized of course (he's a good guy), but I'm pretty curious about whether this is actually a thing.

2024.11.27 04:55 ShimShady92 Dropping from 4 to 3 naps
What are some signs that we should be looking for in our LO to indicate that they are starting to get ready to drop from 4 naps to 3.
My LO is currently doing 4 naps with a 1.8/2/2/2/2 schedule with his nap being 1/1/1/0.5. Iโm always pushing each WW to see if my LO can handle more but this is where he is at in the moment.
He is currently 19 weeks approaching 20 weeks and is ST (cio) and can put themselves to sleep during bedtime while awake. Currently doing contact for all naps.
Any advice or signs I should be looking out for will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

As Jimโs #1 hater after he got his throat ripped out I was very happy.
The man from day 1 did not care about his family. Ran off with Randall last season on an overnight mission and just said screw his wife and kids who need him. Then after the overnight mission he goes (paraphrasing) โhey wait I have a familyโ.
Jim youโve had a family from day 1.
Then in this season he again runs off yet again to look for Tabitha. While I get looking for your wife he could have searched during the dayโฆ.but no had to leave his kids alone over night again. Then the same night the creatures let the animals loose and Ethan almost got un-alived from opening the door. Jim of course was miles away.
Only for him in the morning to go. Hey I might be leaving my kids to be orphans if I get got out here and canโt find Tabitha. Again, why this man forgets he has a family is beyond me. His kids are always an after thought to him
I get setting him up on an arc but those decisions were a choice to put it nicely.
Then once he finally starts listening to his wife and protect Julie (from the future) he then gets killed.
I know some may say well once he finally does what a parent should do he got killed to maybe justify his past actions but Jim was a horrible parent. Personally Iโve disliked his whole family off and on throughout the seasons but thatโs just me but Iโve truly always hated Jim and he was #1 (in his family) on the list by a country mile.
I know heโll likely be back in some capacity now that we know people are reincarnated but I could not have been happier with an outcome of a character I disliked.
Felt obligated to say this since Iโve seen people confused as to why people hated Jim. Now he did do the right thing in these last few episodes by listening to Tabitha finally and looking out for his kids more in his last 4 episodes. Frankly not enough for me to just forget his past. But as an arc itโs great storytelling. Does not then mean I like him though.
Also before people say it hating Jim because he neglects his kids and wife is one thing. Clearly others in the town are worse as Jim isnโt a murderer. He is however the most annoying one in his family. Both people being worse and Jim being annoying can both be true.

I'm currently in the process of rebuilding an 89 econolone camper with a fiberglass topper. When insulating the ceiling I used 3m thinsulate directly on the inside of the fiberglass using contact adhesive and used reflectix and foil tape to seal off each section between the metal stringers. Today I noticed some water dripping and started to tear all of the reflectix down to reveal that all of the insulation was completely saturated with water. My theory is that the insulation was sealed off on the "cold side" of the reflectix and thus wasn't able to dry out when I ran my heater. So should I tear the reflectix down completely or just leave the corners exposed to provide ventilation? Does that defeat the purpose of the reflectix? Not sure if its just cuz its fiberglass, the metal walls seem to be all okay and the insulation is all dry. Any help/advice would be appreciated this one has me stumped
