I live outside of the city, far enough away to be considered "the middle of nowhere" while still being close enough to be accessible if an in person thing is in the cards.

My biggest gaming accomplishment is that I completed a full living pokedex all the way through Sun/Moon that included all mythicals and legendries (that's right, take it in).

2024.11.27 04:40 HelpfulMotor9660 How do I record without leaving FireTV Streaming
I use a FireTV 4k MAX and my internet service is not unlimited. Therefore, when I am done viewing for the day, I normally click the FireTV remote Home button to stop all streaming.
I would like to use Sparkle TV like I use my old PVR to simply record a scheduled program while I am sleeping or not home. Unfortunately, it appears that Sparkle has no way to "wake" itself up at a particular time. So, to record a scheduled program, I need to leave the device streaming. That is completely unacceptable because it means I could be streaming for hours, or days before the program airs.
Am I missing something or is this all true and that's that?
