2024.11.27 05:41 Saykara watch face turns black every time I try to make a custom one
I have a Samsung Galaxy 4 watch and every time I try to upload a custom watch face it either doesn't go through at all (which is 90% of the time) or when it does it just stays as a black screen. The watch is basically in perfect condition regardless of it being stored away for about 2 yrs and I've spent like 3 hours updating it so I don't understand why it still refuses to upload. If anyone knows how to fix this or a way to get around it please let me know! I've tried doing it through both the app and through the watch itself and nothing works, the only faces that work are the ones that are already available on the watch 🙁

White uni student doing some research for paper (on ‘Zofloya, or the Moor’ by Charlotte Dacre) and I can find next to no info/pictures answering this question. Lots of medical stuff on rosacea and other skin conditions, and no shortage of makeup products and such, but that’s not what I’m looking for. Asking about flushing from embarrassment, flattery, or anything else that would elicit the blood-rushing-to-the-face reaction. And I know that the answer will change based on how dark a person’s skin is, I’m just looking for anything more informative than what google will give me. Hey guys, pretty new to the whole vinyl scene. I recently bought an Audio-Technica LP70XBT which I bought for its Bluetooth connectivity (I know it loses quality but it was just convenient for my current set up) but it does have RCA ports on it. I was considering buying a JBL Authentics for my bedroom but it doesn’t have an RCA input, but it does have an AUX port. If I use a RCA to AUX cord to connect the turntable to the speaker, will it retain its quality? Also is there anything else I would need to do? Thanks! Any help is appreciated

My uncle, known then as Danny Tripper, was big in the music scene of kitsilano in the 70s. Mostly known for his part in the Danny Tripper Band he played with numerous amazing artists more notably Jerry Doucette and Tom Lavin.
My uncle (dads dad) passed a bit over 20 years ago of cancer shortly before my dad lost his mom to the same disease. For Christmas I'm hoping to put together some photos, stories, memories, memorabilia etc for my dad of his brothers music career. I know my dad doesn't have a lot of keepsakes from my uncle and I know something like this would mean a lot to him.
If anyone has anything they think might be worth sharing please let me know. I appreciate all efforts more than I can express!

I am very new to film photography. I recently bought a Pentax Mx. The LED lights/light meter in the viewfinder stopped showing up so I changed the batteries. I literally did this about an hour ago. I was messing around getting used to the light meter and the lights stopped showing up again. The lights were only working for about 20 minutes. I changed the batteries again and they still won't show up.
I am aware of the common issue where the sensors may not be touching properly (or something similar, I may have phrased that wrong), but I saw it was an easy fix. Does it seem like that's my problem? can I fix this while leaving the film in the camera?
