 | I've been making tempeh for a bit over 6 months now and it's truly been a rollercoaster of ups and downs and trying to troubleshoot why something works one time and not the other, and why it works with one substrate and not the other, etc. Soy has been the easiest to master and mine has become better and better, but I really like the look and taste of black bean tempeh but it's been so hard to nail. I've been sucessful with it in the sense that it's become edible tempeh, but it's been crumbly and not a firm cake like the ones you buy in stores. Now I've finally nailed it and I'm soooooo happy! I mean just take a look at this firm beauty! Nothing beats the look of raw black bean tempeh! I recently moved to Poland, and while I am happy, itâs been hard to adjust socially. Iâve been on many dates and the women are very judgmental and dismissive. One of the things that really bothers me is them talking down to me. Iâve heard from my friend group that my bubbly nice guy joking personality is not attractive because they are looking for a provider not a fuckboy. When I try to be more serious suddenly I appear angry and an asshole. So I feel I canât win. I am in fact looking for a future wife not one night stand.
I just try to be myself. Kinda flirty and making jokes. But they donât like it. One thing that has happened about 5 times is girls Iâve taken out/girls in my friend group is they make little jokes I donât have a degree and ask if my âpart time office jobâ is enough money in Poland. It triggers the fuck out of my ego
The reality is Iâm 33 and just sold my company in the US last year and received $3 million which is invested. My part time job here is just for social interaction and covering simple bills
My arrogant asshole question is how do I handle the fact that every woman here expects a masculine man whoâs working his way up, when Iâm kinda goofy and have already made it. Do I really need to just tell them Iâm rich so they stop being so dismissive? Idk Iâve never been rich until now. I feel like id be a douchebag bringing it up. How should I modify my behavior.
