I’m dealing with some knee pain (inflammation and arthritis in one of my knees from a knee tracking issue) and my ortho has suggested that “lunges and squats might never be right for me.” I started my solidcore membership two months ago (the knee issues started beforehand) and I have found that doing SC has strengthened me and helped with alignment so with the exception of a few select moves it’s been a better option than other workouts. Anyone else been able to maintain an SC routine with knee issues?

Honestly I’m not exactly sure what my question even is here, I just don’t understand this situation.
I (20F) met this guy (19M) at a halloween party, we hit it off and hung out the next day. We talked for hours then one thing led to another and I was ..confused? He just didn’t seem to know what he was doing during sex at all, he couldn’t put it in and he kept getting frustrated, so I kind of figured he was a virgin but assured myself there was no way. The sex was decent but definitely more on the awkward side. But I kinda started to develop a little crush on him. Anyways we hung out again probably a week later and when things started to escalate I asked him what his intentions were (I wanted to make it clear I wasn’t looking for a fuck buddy and I was interested in potentially trying for a relationship) and to my shock he was dead set on this never becoming a serious thing. I was like whatever then we hooked up again (way better this time) and I kind of reset my mind to not let myself have feelings for him anymore. Then it turns out that he was gushing about me to my friends at the bar, and he also told a friend of a friend the night after we hooked up that he had just lost his v-card. So I don’t even know what to think at this point. We barely talk to each other and haven’t seen each other in like 2 weeks but he’s been going on and on about me to my friends after basically rejecting me.
Does anyone have any insight into what might be going on here? I’ve been thinking that maybe he’s trying not to be the “clingy person after they lose their virginity” but is overcorrecting too hard, but genuinely I can’t wrap my head around this. I’m also kind of hung up on the fact he didn’t tell me he was a virgin, but I figure he was embarrassed/the question didn’t really come up.

I try to sell them but get low balled and don't have the means to pay the difference.
On top of that, during our separation, my wife filed her taxes as single while I filed jointly. This left me owing both state and federal taxes, which was a huge financial blow. Throughout my marriage she never paid for anything, cheated on me and then filed for divorce.
Here’s where I stand right now: I make a high six-figure salary, but all I have to show for it is $102K in my 401(k), $4K in checking, and $2K in savings. Bills are piling up, and I’ve realized I’ve never learned how to invest or manage my finances effectively. I also owe 23k in taxes over 3 year period. I will admit i was overspending on her under the pressure of impressing her so my marriage stays intact.
