Owoce słyną z bycia obfitymi w witaminy i wydaje się, że im więcej witaminy, tym lepiej, bo mówi się, że „najwięcej witaminy mają polskie dziewczyny”. Nigdy nie doświadczyłem sadzenia drzew owocowych, a byłem chyba tylko kilka razy w ogrodach owocowych, więc wcale nie jestem doświadczonym ogrodnikiem owocowym, ale jestem doświadczonym zjadaczem owocowym. Lubię jeść takie różne rodzaje owoców ze słodkim i soczystym miąższem jak ananasy, banany, brzoskwinie, jabłka, jagody, maliny, mango, pomarańcze, truskawki, szczególnie jeśli są nie tylko filetowane lub pokrojone, lecz również umieszczone na talerzach. Nie przepadam ani za zbyt kwaśnymi owocami jak kiwi, ani za owocami zawierającymi wiele nasion jak arbuzy, granaty i winogrona. Mówiąc o jagodach, przypominam sobie o polskiej pieśni ludowej „Czerwone Jagody”, których niebieskie odpowiedniki czasami spożywam. Mówiąc o pomarańczach, przypominam sobie o polskiej piosence tanecznej „Ona lubi Pomarańcze”.
Podczas pisania tego wpisu napiłem się plastikowej butelki soku mieszanego z mango chińskiej marki. Podczas mojej pierwszej wycieczki do Warszawy doznałem również różnych niebezpośrednich owocowych doświadczeń. Przez cały dwutygodniowy pobyt w hotelu Gromada miałem przyjemność się delektować naleśnikami truskawkowymi przygotowywanymi w sali śniadaniowej. 13 marca 2024 r. po południu podczas krótkiej przerwy od spaceru na drodze do Zamku Królewskiego w barze mlecznym Mleczarnia Jerozolimska zamówiłem szklaną butelkę soku pomarańczowego Tarczyn, który mi smakował. 17 marca 2024 r. w południe podczas obiadu z najlepszą nauczycielką polskiego na italki Moniką Karlińską w restauracji Gościniec Polskie Pierogi na Krakowskich Przedmieściach zamówiłem rozgrzewający napar z hibiskusa, malin i pomarańczy z kieliszkiem wódki, który mi smakował.
