2024.11.27 07:25 Hykage Weight loss has stalled and I feel so stupid
I’ve been on mounjaro since late June and I’ve only lost around 26 pounds but the last two months it’s only been around 4-5lbs total. I’m sticking to a calorie deficit and drinking 2l of water a day, but I just feel so frustrated.
If I have slightly more food at a weekend then I balloon up. I’m on 10mg but I’m hungry and not having that strong an appetite suppression by the Wednesday when I jab on a Sunday. I’ve already got another 10mg pen as it felt like it was working at the start. But I just feel so stupid, everybody else seems to have this really helpful suppression and I just don’t have that anymore.

I've been thinking about this for a few weeks. I have the QC35ii and recently I haven't been loving how they sound (might just be a me thing). There's nothing distinctly wrong with them but I have had them over 5 years now. I noticed bose has some really good black friday deals on the QC and the Ultra, so if i were going to upgrade now would be the time to do it. I've been seeing mixed reviews on both. Should I upgrade (if yes, which one and maybe why?) or should I stick with my 35s?

 | I was gifted this a couple of months ago and cannot get over how it smells. I’ve been looking for a perfume that smells like this but I’m not well versed in the fragrance world. Sweet scents usually make me feel sick and suffocating but this is like smooth honey running down my throat whenever I smell it. Hi all, my long rant has been posted in a few places apologies if you see double ups but wanted to ask specifically Webflow community. (Have toned back so only asking regarding Webflow
(Long Rant shortened but not short enough to say TLDR): Boss made a comment so foul it made me quit on the spot, been preparing to try launch a Web Design Studio (freelancing to begin) and learning ins and outs of elementor but realised I am essentially taking all my inspiration from websites made with Webflow and decided to bite the bullet and switch. Looking to take Christmas/Jan period to build backbone of skills and relaunch in Webflow entirely. I work in corp sales and build my number entirely off cold calling so no issue regarding confidence is selling.
Problem:
A pretty website doesn’t sell… in the business of selling a product to a company, you’re selling a tool that provides value and generates them new revenue. I understand Webflow has SEO embedded but I can already see the clients face when they’ve heard SEO SEO SEO SEO SEO a dozen times and that is my only bullet for how investing in me building them a new website generates them more revenue.
Question:
My question is what angle for SMBs should I take to ensure I can confidently say they’re investment is going to pay itself off that isn’t shying too far away from designing on Webflow and entering the ‘aLL iN OnE DiGiTaL MaRkEtiNg sPeCiAl’ where I’m handling their google and meta ads etc. Just super intrigued as to how delusional I’m being or if there are people converting half decent clients essentially off straight web design as I more than understand the $500-1000 website motto is asking for trouble and headaches from cheapskate customers.
Greatly appreciate any advice as I am as far as I can get in terms of throwing myself into the deep end and have no option but to go out and go get it.

Situações caóticas levam a medidas caóticas. Eu recebi o diagnóstico esse ano, em abril comecei a tomar o Venvanse e a princípio foi uma maravilha, mas com o tempo foi perdendo o efeito e semana passada eu parei ele pq tava dando efeito contrário. Atualmente tô sem medicação direcionada pro TDAH (Atentah não fez efeito e Ritalina desregulou minha menstruação) e comecei a procurar outras formas de lidar com isso.
Vi uma galera falando sobre supercoffee e similares, até comprei um sachê pra provar e achei bonzinho. Achei também vídeos falando sobre suplementos, omega 3, magnésio, vitamina D, uma lista verdadeiramente enorme.
Alguém aí já tentou ou faz isso atualmente? Funcionou ou ao menos ajudou um pouco pra vocês?

I'm playing an Imperial Sorcerer for an upcomming campaign 1-11, likely further. Another player is thinking of also doing Primal Sorcerer, also getting Diplomacy and Intimidation whereas I'm doing diplomacy then intimidation. I'd like to know some good teamwork spells we can pull.
Disintegrate + Wall of Stone. One player deletes a 10'x10'x10' cube under some foes. The other seals them up.
Flammable Fumes + Wall of Ice: One puts poisonous fumes down. The other encases them with a wall that would damage them if a section was broken, or if fire was used makes a kaboom.
Summon Elemental/Animal + Aqueous Orb: Get some underwater grappler in the orb and vacuum up foes who have to now use underwater combat rules.
Albatross Curse + Bon Mot + {some will spell}: CUrse them with the Albatros. If they don't attack it then we all get an easy +1. If they do then someone follows up with a nasty will save.
What are some other spell combos where we set eachother up?
