In particular my shoulders but also my right ankle occasionally.
My shoulders feel a bit like they have arthritis at the moment. Seems like the joints are aching.
I was hoping working out would make me feel stronger and take my existing pain away. It seems to be giving me more pain at this stage.
Am I pushing myself too much with this routine?
Exercise Routine
Between all sets there is 2 mins of hamstring and quad stretches because I have sciatica/ disc issues
Day One Morning: Plank (5 min, 2 min, 2min) 4kg weight on last) 9kg Weighted Pushups (3 sets, 1st 20, 2nd 16, 3rd 10).
Afternoon: Pull ups 1 x 3 (Then as many negative as I can slowly lowering myself) Inverted rows (3 x 12) 45 degree Rows (3 x 30) 1 minute hang with knees raised Hanging knee raises 3 x 40
Day 2 Morning: Plank routine same as day 1. Declined Pushups (3 x 30)
Afternoon: 30kg Weighted Squats (4 x 30) 20kg Glutes (Bridges)
Saturday Swimming Freestyle (20 x 50m)
Sunday Swimming (20 x 50m)

I know there's rumors of Hawkeye season 2, but Tony Dalton was go great and under utilized in Hawkeye, I'd love to see his more comedic take on Jack, the aloofness and charisma, and he was so great in BCS, I'd love to see him, with the Bishop circle of characters, maybe explore his backstory and family, give Kate a cameo in one or two episodes, and set it at Christmas again as a thematic follow-up. It could be a more street level story for a mid-budget Disney+ series that won't break the bank.

anything Aircrew is my dream mos tbh. my recruiter told me i don’t qualify due to a waiver i had to get but the easiest way to get there is through aviation mechanic. I know i wouldn’t be eligible to switch till two years into my contract and even then it’s not %100 garunteed i could transfer. I’ll also be like 22 by the time im eligible and will probably be the oldest person in school 😪 Any advice or suggestions?

Just consolidated my loans. Here are the stats:
Unsubsidized: $67,523.64 (5.250%)
Subsidized: $4,969 (5.250%)
I make about $70K gross. My car loan and insurance are eating into my monthly paychecks. I'm wondering how I can best and aggressively tackle these. I calculated my daily interests and it looks like the $67K loan accrues about $300/mo. in interest, which is definitely ... hard and a lot.
I'm wondering if I should do my best to pay off the unsubsidized one first before I pay off the smaller loan or vice-versa. Realistically, I can throw about $500 per month at my loans until my car stuff is paid off. Hopefully I can land a slightly higher paying job in the next few years but things are definitely feeling a bit hopeless.
I'm currently on the SAVE plan but who knows where that'll be in the coming years.
If anyone can recommend some strategies, that'd be much appreciated.
