Hey, everyone!
About a year and a half ago, I went on a severe diet that involved intermittent fasting and rapidly lost weight. I successfully lost lots of weight I needed to lose, but it was such a severe diet that I was actually malnourished without intending to be, and I believe it caused me to develop gallstones.
I have multiple stones that cause attacks every month or so, and my ultrasound shows that I have no wall thickening or inflammation.
This makes me think that my gallbladder is healthy and that the stones formed from the unhealthy diet I went through. Given that my gallbladder is likely healthy based on ultrasound results, I’d like to try to remove the stones instead of removing a healthy organ. I’ve seen people say that once stones form, they are like to form again, but given that my gallbladder is healthy and the stones likely formed from an unhealthy lifestyle, I’d imagine I can prevent more stones from forming by eating how I should.
Does anyone have any advice for treatment, such as taking medication to dissolve the stones, such as Ursodiol or TUDCA?
Again, I feel like gallbladder removal might be too extreme given that my gallbladder appears to be healthy.
Any feedback or advice would be truly appreciated.

I (FM27) have been with my husband (M29) for almost 10 years. We have 3 kids together but are semi happy for the most part. I love my husband but there are things I want/need done to me in the bedroom and he just refuses. I have brought it up many times how I would like to try this or want this again and he shoots me down. I asked one time if I was ever going to get it from him and he told me no and to go find someone who will. I thought he was just joking to get me off his back. A couple days ago we were discussing some issues in our relationship. I asked him if he was being serious every time he tells me to find someone to do it for me. He told me he was, I started crying because it shocked me. I said I thought it was a big deal and he said it’s not a big deal and just let him know when and where when I find someone. I’m still upset and he says it’s just sex. I told him opening up a marriage means the relationship is over to me. (That’s my opinion. I know that’s not the case, just my opinion.) And he said he doesn’t think the same, that it doesn’t mean that. He says he’s perfectly fine with me going out and finding someone to have sex with to help with the things he won’t do.
I just don’t know what to think. He hasn’t mentioned him finding someone. I believe I satisfy most if not all his needs. So I don’t think it’s because there’s someone he’s wanting to sleep with.
I need opinions. What do I do? What do I think about the situation?

 | Hello, I have installed the self-hosted docker version of ente, and also have external access via Cloudflare and NPM (Nginx Proxy Manager). This is working well so far, and my primary device to upload pictures is my Pixel Phone. I can also authenticate on other devices, and I have the App installed on my android tablet, as well as my Mac and Linux laptop. Bidirectional sync (upload/download) is working as expected. Machine Learning and People recognition is not working as I would expect and I was wondering if these features are actually available on a self-hosted instance, or if I have an issue on my side? - People: I got following message "People will be shown here when there are sufficient photos of a person" => I don't have 1000's of pictures, but definitely enough that I would expect to see something here. - Machine Learning: This one is super strange. On my desktop apps, the indexing seem to be working, and on both Mac and Linux desktop app, it seem to be synced. On the Mac App However, on Mobile, no sync and no indexing is happening: The Status is showing "Downloading Models" and then nothing is happening: Android Mobile App Same behaviour on the Android Tablet. I couldn't see any issue on the container logs and I have no idea where to look next... So: is this the expected behaviour and the features are not available on self hosted,?
