2024.11.27 08:53 KvasirTheOld Does a game skipping xbox at launch and then releasing 1 or more years later influence your decision to get it?
Serious question! I personally think there's a certain Hype around a game when it releases and if it's too long, that hype fizzles away.
Generally speaking, I only get games like that if they're at a massive discount. I just don't think the devs deserve all of my money after they've made the conscious decision to not release the game on my preferred platform!
Ofc that goes for big devs only! Indie devs often don't have the funds necessary to port on all platforms, and going for the bigger platform at launch then later portiobg to xbox is not the same as square enix doing it!
Not to mention how they're crying about low sales when they consciously lock their game to a single platform. Or later complain that xbox players are not buying games, after releasing their games several years later. Ofc people are not going to be buying as much! The market is ever evolving! New games are coming out all the time. Most people will not choose your old game over brand new ones!
I wanna hear your opinions on this! How do you feel about it

I think, time has come to retire my acer predator cestus 510.
I am left handed, but I fell in love with having side buttons on both sides. I usually use thumb side for gaming options like abilities gadgets grenades etc and ring finger side for ptt.
On my current mouse those side buttons broke very quickly around a year in it's life, shortly after scroll pressing started failing (I've moved it to dpi button)
Now after like 5 years all buttons are unreliable clicking and I am looking for something else. Tho honestly I excepted more quality for price
My only hard requirements are, that it should be comfy for use with left hand and for it to have side buttons as mentioned above. Feel free to ask follow up questions and sent propositions.

Hi, I'm planning to start down the road for my BCBA certification and I'm looking for a program that won't cost me tons of money. I spent about 15 years as a classroom teacher and left after two schools in a row (both charter) closed mid-year. That soured my career and I basically walked away for a few years. I'm working now as a BT. I already have my Masters in Education and I know soon that won't be applicable so I need to get started soon. Any advice or pointers would be apprecuated.

Hi All, I am searching info for skins for my wife.
She used to have the g3 glide version and she was sliding a lot. Now we are after new skins, and don't know if we should get her Universal or Grip.
We don't know how much the grip version would be pain to tour in normal conditions, i.e if there would not be too much friction and therefore harder to tour.
Any thoughts on this?
