idea is it would hold the back objective and be hard to dislodge due to lone operative. might be way too cute, but it also seems like most 1000 pt lists have at most two strong characters (and usually just 1) so picking it off while holding the backline objective sounds kinda tight to me.
at 150 points it seems like i'd probably be better as just another battle sisters squad + 40 points somewhere, but if i bought a battle sisters squad every time i thought it made my list better i would have 6 squads by now. and some dominions.

posting this here because i have no one to talk to about this right now and i’m so desperate to tell someone!!
i’ve been so incredibly depressed for a few months and have been basically comatose in bed for the last 3 weeks - only getting up to use the toilet or very occasionally get food and water.
when i recently began to self sabotage and hurt my friends i finally got the willpower to fight back!
i’ve started showering, brushing teeth, washing my face and eating on a healthy routine again, and yesterday i was even able to do the dishes that have been sat untouched for >3 weeks!! as you can imagine, cleaning tonnes of dirty dishes left for so long was not a pleasant or quick task but i got through it - i’m yet to dry everything (there was so much that i had to lay a towel down on the floor as it wouldn’t fit on the drying rack!), but i’m really feeling good about it.
sometimes it’s the small victories that mean the most; i’m so proud and impressed right now. if i wasn’t feeling able to fight back before, i absolutely am now, i’m pumped to get my life back on track!
i know this high won’t last forever, but i’m hoping it’ll last long enough to get to the next small victory - i’m going to buy myself a little cupcake for every small win like this to celebrate and help myself stay in the moment more.
although it may feel like it sometimes, my world is not just my depression. i can get through this.

2024.11.27 08:30 wolf1460 About Natlan as a story arc and why it's my favourite

So lately I've been seeing alot of "natlan story is bad", "i don't like natlan it doens't make sense" etc etc. and it has just annoyed me because I'm not sure how much of this is genuine or just the part of "Natlan = bad" that has been going around. Such things are opinionated but I am obviously gonna say my part when I don't find the reasoning feasible.
Unfinished To start, its already stupid to compare it since its not even done yet. But even then, if we compare Act to Act, i don't think there's a chance any other region is better upto this point. I would even argue that sumeru is overall better from Act 1-4 with a great Act 5 while Fontaine is very very backloaded with initial 4 acts all dedicated to building up the story and Act 5 dropping all curtains, so it was bound to have good reception.
Feels Fulfilling Natlan is the only time where i felt each Act (or at least pairs of Acts) gave us sufficient information, enough plot to the point where it doesn't feel like its lacking something. We are already made aware of the situation by Act 2 and by Act 4, our initial objective of awakening the 6 heros is already complete. And the end to Act 4 was absolutely great.
Lore I don't think i even need to say anything. From the abyss to celestia, from Gosoythoth to Ronova. There's just so much. Information about Angels, about the elements' purpose about Khaenriah even. It has been an absolute feast in terms of that and i absolutely loved this aspect, it makes all the lore hunting feel worth it. No arc comes even close in this aspect. (Did i even mention the fake sky?!?)
Main Point - "Yap" This is my hypothesis but I've seen a lot of people say that there's many things about Natlan that don't make sense and seem 'made up just to make the plot function'. Things as such include the Night Kingdom, Ode to Resurrection, Sacred Flame, and many more concepts. All of this is pretty simple and easy to understand if you're aware of how Ley-Lines work and in what circumstances all this happened, I don't know how it "doens't make sense" personally. I think this is the main reason people might not find it as good? If you don't know anything about Genshin's world then I can see Natlan not making sense to you, but whose fault is that really?
TLDR: Genshin's storytelling is slowly transitioning into the kind which you will appreciate more only if you understand the game's worldbuilding and background lore and there's just many players who simply don't have that and end up thinking its all "yap" specifically made to make Natlan work.

Je pratique la musculation depuis 5 ans et j’aimerais entamer une période de sèche.
Je mesure 1m85 pour 110 kg.
Cependant, je ne suis pas fan du cardio et je sais que je ne tiendrai pas sur le long terme si je me force à en faire.
J’ai souvent entendu des coachs en ligne recommander du cardio à basse intensité après une séance de musculation.
Auriez-vous des exemples d’exercices de cardio à basse intensité à me conseiller ?
