I’m really sorry if this question has been asked 900 times on this sub.
Post COVID my stomach is so swollen last doctor to examine me thought I was pregnant. I burp and I fart a lot and they smell really bad. I can’t digest anything anymore except rice, everything else gives me bad throat & tongue inflammation. I saw a gastro who said it was just IBS and to move on and eat less FODMAPS even tho I already don’t tolerate any.
When I only eat rice my stomach get less swollen as well which is really weird given that it obviously constipates me.
The thing is, I don’t really have the deficiencies I’ve read about in the FAQ. Only D and B9 and I already had those prior to the symptoms, so I don’t know if SIBO is worth looking into in my case?
Important info is I’ve been diagnosed with MCAS post covid which I think explain the inflammation/digestion part.

As someone who loves Pakistan, I have been meaning to make this post for a long time. In the context of recent happenings, this is all the more important. My proposal is we need decentralization and complete localization of electoral politics. The halqa system and central legislature is too big for a common man to come forward. A true democracy cannot exist in a halqa where even if you are serious, you cannot represent your credentials to more than a million people and the crores required for campaigning on such large scale automatically weed out a common man who's the true representation of most of us. I think a locality based election of representatives where a locality consists of no more than 100 households should be the basic subunit of our electoral process. China built its economic miracle under the backbone of strong local governments. One such attempt was made under Ayub Khan (basic democracies act 1960) which turned out great economically but the democratic character was hijacked because elections could not be held. Such reforms are crucial for our survival as a nation. I have yearning for these reforms but why would any politician want to dismantle a system that benefits them. We the people should be talking about them. Unfortunately, if these reforms were taken up by a party with as good a platform as PTI, this would be the biggest blessing for Pakistan. Remember, revolutions cannot come if they are framed around freeing a leader from jail. They come around when masses mobilize for the common issues they face. They come around under the slogans of reform. A reform slogan 'Roti, Kapra, Makan' helped bhutto oust Ayub Khan, who was evermore powerful than our petty military generals today. It can help us today but we should start talking about these instead of convincing people that a certain person is the antidote. They maybe but not everyone can be convinced.

I (M35) have been single for about three years now, been dating and sleeping with a bunch of women since and have found out I definitely don't like one night stands, especially when there's an actual connection as I get attached quite easily and would rather see them again.
Met this woman (F24) a couple of weeks ago at a party held by the acting school we both attend. We hit it off pretty much instantly and ended up going to my place and spending about 9 hours just making out non-stop and having sex. I haven't had such an enjoyable and passionate night for about a year despite having been with multiple women since so naturally I have gotten somewhat attached to this person despite the short amount of time we were together...
It was pretty clear that she also into me and enjoyed it a lot. She kept repeating how hot I was, how I turn her on and that she'd want to see me again, she also had a lot of trouble leaving as we just couldn't stop making out.
This was the best night I've spent in a long time and I naturally can't wait to see her again but I've had so many one night stands lately where the girl just stops replying afterwards and we never actually meet up again that I've been really worried that it might happen again here.
I send her a message the next day telling her I had a nice time and that we should do it again, it took her a whole day to reply but she said she really enjoyed it too and was down to do it anytime but when I offered to see each other the following friday she took ages to reply and didn't even answer yes or no.
At this point I got really depressed, thinking this might be another one-night stand that leads nowhere despite the fact that she seemed to really like me. But I ended up sending her a vocal message saying I felt the communication wasn't great and that I wouldn't keep chasing her if it was going to be this difficult.
To which she replied (the next day) saying she was sorry and didn't mean to stop replying but she had been seeing someone before we met but they aren't a couple or exclusive or anything and apparently she told him about me and he completely freaked out, which made her feel guilty and that was why she took a "break" from replying but she did have a great time with me and was down to see each other again, that she simply has to sort things out with the other guy.
I replied that it was fine, that she shouldn't feel guilty about what happened if they weren't exclusive and that I wasn't mad at her, that I just value communication and would appreciate if we just told each other things in the future. She said thanks for the message and that she would keep me posted for the continuation.
This was last friday, and I haven't had a word from her since. I'm at a complete loss as to what I should do. Should I just keep waiting to see if/when she gets back to me? Should I send her a message asking how are things going and offer to see each other this weekend? There's another party in three weeks where I might bump into her again, should I just wait to see her then if she comes to the party?
I'm just so sick of one-night stands and I really felt a crazy connection with her, and we both agreed there was real chemistry, so I would really like this to work out but the lack of communication is worrying to me and I'm worried she'll forget just how good our time was together if too much times goes by without seeing each other...

Prima ho fatto l’operaio panificatore per due anni e mezzo e lavorato in un supermercato, esperienze che mi han fatto pensare di provare a prendere una laurea per ambire a qualcosa di meglio. Son quasi due mesi che cerco attivamente, avrò mandato almeno 150/160 CV, molti dei quali in posizione di tirocinio, ma nada, mi han chiamato per fare la maschera al cinema (20 ore part time), il venditore porta a porta, agente immobiliare. Watched YouTube tutorial. “Download remoteplaywhatever”, did that, tried everything above, no dice. (Dude doesn’t even show it working in the video, why’d I believe this)
So how tf do I play remote play with my mate, why have you made starting remote play harder than a novice getting into honour mode? At least they can do something instead of staring at a “host blah blah blah” screen.

I've passed this hard-a** class! Whew! Ngl, I was studying really hard because the people were right, the material is dense and the text book is boring. My mistake was that I did not read the study guide that the course instructor sent out, so I was working through Zybooks mindlessly page by page until I physically could not read anymore.

DO NOT BE LIKE ME. Once you got the more refined study material, it will be easier. I did everything the person listed except for the Quizlet because I was lazy.
-Read the instructor's sent out email. Even proactively ask for one if they don't send you any.
-Controversially, the Zybooks is good IF you know where to read. In my instructor's email, she pointed out the chapters needed for the specific area that I need to focus on. It stopped me from wandering to no-man lands. Zybooks helps when it comes to exercises and drilling down to the problems.
-Make sure you understand the material well enough before the OA. I'm not going to say it is HARD, but you definitely have to understand the terms, keywords, definitions well enough to do it. The Pre-Assessment was significantly easier for me so don't base your readiness on that.
-Do it day by day. Small portion per day. Do not stress yourself out. You can do it! Sending lots of love and kisses.
