I want to buy an upright digital piano and I have two choices. The piano shop where i live has a discount for 735 and 745.
CLP735 from 2200$ to 1980$ (%20 discount because they have many pianos in stock)
CLP745 from 2600$ to 2340$ (only %10 discount because they have only one in stock and they don’t do another discount as they told)
Is it worth it 440$ price difference? What’s your opinion?

2024.11.27 11:40 best_self_2023 Turning My Place Into a Rental – Need Advice
I’m trying to figure out whether to turn my unit into a full rental. The original plan was to just rent out a spare room, which would’ve let me stay and cover my costs pretty comfortably. But a real estate agent reckons it’s better to rent out the whole place—less wear and tear, better for the unit, and apparently better for going to the bank down the track.
The catch is I’d have to move out. I could go live with a parent to save money or rent a room somewhere for a bit. I was thinking about buying another place, but I reckon it’s smarter to cut costs and save for now.
The thing is, I really like my place. But the long-term gains of renting it all out sound pretty good too.
Anyone been in this situation before? Is it worth moving out and renting the whole place, or should I just stick with renting a room? Keen to hear your thoughts.

I picked up a jamo e6 subwoofer for cheap, hooked it up to my system (marantz pm8006 and whatmough 201s) and after about a month it started distorting, I tried to replace the driver in the sub thinking it would solve the issue but the same thing has occurred again after 2 weeks since replacement - it was working perfectly in that 2 week period. I’m currently in a permanent position earning RM3.8k and planning to resign soon for a contract position (1-year, renewable) with a slight salary increase to RM4.5k.
My question is: should I buy a car now using my current payslip (from my permanent job), or should I wait until I start the contract job? Would there be any significant difference in terms of the loan application process or approval chances?
