So for context this is south Florida in an amazing location / neighborhood. The home was listed at 640, but I made an offer of 650 since me and my wife felt we really loved the home, and although the market has slown down significantly and we likely could have offer less, or at least full list price, I didn’t want to lose the home over 10k on a 30 year loan.
Offer made, offer accepted! But then my usual overthinking self comes into hyper drive that it just felt too easy, and maybe I really should have offered less etc. I keep going back on fourth with this being a solid price or not.
Home is 4 bedroom, giant lot / backyard. Front door neighbor just sold for 635k and it’s a 3 bedroom, but it’s on the lake. Also they converted half the garage into an office in an ugly way imo.
So with limited context, is it reasonable that a 3 bedroom, on a lake home sells for 635k (and has quirky features like this office). And my home is sold for 650 as a true 4 bedroom, maintains its 2 gar garage, no lake but it has a giant yard.

i just someone posting this but they were talking about being happy and i am feeling hypo but also sad but more like i want to be sad? i am just confused because i have been mass-texting people which is very unusual for me (but im also reaching out for help?) so maybe i am just in a state of distress? that seems like it, i guess the symptoms just feel very similar to times i have felt hypomanic, like feeling physically invincible (i am trying to see how long i can go without eating now) and not sleeping, though i do feel physically tired but i refuse to. i feel like the whole way i am typing is strange but i am also over-analyzing everything i do . i was chatting with a crisis line to prevent myself from self harm but they stopped responding. never had a crisis line ghost like that lol :(
see i am sad though? i guess i am just confused by this strange range of symptoms and the last time i was feeling this way it ultimately led to me checking in to the psych ward.
i am also on mood stabilizers and they have been helping me but just went through some very triggering de-stabilizing events and i almost feel like the mood stabilizers can't hold me down as hard as they try.
i guess i do feel sort of invincible but also upset with myself
there's no way i am hypo i was sobbing through all of yesterday wtf am i thinking
sorry for all this, just needed to get this out and always confused about my mood states
i was diagnosed with bipolar 2 and am on lamictal and sometimes feel like i really understand it and feel it and sometimes feel like its all in my head, it helps when outside forces can kinda see it i guess
thanks 4 reading any of this, let me know if you have any insight especially into hypomania, it is a tough part of it for me to get a handle on and make sense of, sometimes i feel like i rapid cycle more idk
