So the day has come my disorganized and chicken without a head manager gave me a document with a job description of my role and what I need to do (with the qualities I need to have). I mean is this crazy or is it just me? This is coming from a guy that begged for my help in the beginning to help him launch his company because I have a business mindset, and understand how things work. Today was the last straw when he emailed this to me, he told me I am not bringing in results on things, and he wanted to give me a clear vision of what he wants from me as an employee. He says he always tells me I need to be on the same dynamic, although he continuously micromanages, tells me to communicate when he does and says ask questions and when I do he says I don't have time. Someone shoot me already.

2024.11.27 12:30 OpyDizzle Help with my launch box storage making it portable

Soo my old hdd went bad but was able to recover but I have one of my 8tb external hdd that in the future I'd like to use that external where its plug to another pc in the future. But for this critical moment for me.. and i have not installed it to my new hdd yet but did try another old internal hdd before my new hdd (internal) came in as my primary c: drive. I had my old setup on my initial hdd with I think was around 1.3tb including small nes roms and mame arcade with chds on there. I had copied the launchbox file to my external 8tb. Maybe in installed it wrong as a portable to c: drive and the games would show in play but brought up an error including my arcades. So one my new 2tb C: drive can't i just install launchbox to my my c: directory and play games from my external or do i need to do something different? I'd would really love your input and how to go about this. I think Ill go ahead and try on the new internal 2tb hdd from external without having to add roms and all since supposibly you can make it portable and lets say go to a friends house and plug in my external hdd to their pc and play.

Hello, I had been on 0.50 of the patch with 100 mg progesterone at night and my main issue was hot flashes, I had been on that a few months. My endocrinologist increased the dose based on my feedback to .75 still with 100 mg at night. I’ve only been on this for two weeks however I feel so much more anxious…I’m wondering should I explore an anti depressant or anxiety medication? Really didn’t feel great on Zoloft or lexapro three years ago but I was also peri (didn’t know it then) and I wasn’t on HRT until April of this year. I’m noticing I’m stressing out over the smallest thing, for example, going into work. I work with amazing coworkers, yes we have stressful files and clients but that never bothered me before.
