Hello
I played Thunder Road Vendetta with friends recently. We first playd with The Big Rig and Final 5 expansion. We wanted to play with the Choppe Shoppe expansion in our second game, when we stumbled upon a rule, that said that The Big Rig and The Final 5 can't have access to upgrades or leaders, but can exist in a game with other players using them.
We didn't feel that The Big Rig and The Final 5 were overpowered in our first game, so we thought that they would be outclassed by the others, if only they had access to upgrades and leaders.
We eventually decided to play a game only with Choppe Shoppe, but it left me wondering: Are the Big Rig and The Final 5 balanced around playing against players using leaders and upgrades, or not? What combination do you usually use?
Do any of you have any homebrewed rules you use to buff The Big Rig and The Final 5, or do you just keep the expansions separated?

I need support from someone who has “been there.” I’ve head coacheds my son’s baseball team for 6 seasons now. We have been very successful in terms of wins and losses, two second place league finishes, one end of season championship and All Star tourney runner up. The problem I have is this: I invest so much time and effort into the players, and when they leave the team it breaks my heart. I also find that many parents are so fickle and unappreciative of the impact I have on their players lives. I truly do this “for the kids” but am now wondering why I keep developing players only for them to take the skills I taught them to a rival team? Why don’t I focus my time and effort on something which others will actually appreciate?

Hello all, been smoking for years but only recently been 'awarded' my prescription. I am with montu and can't sing their praises enough, have been trying many different strains but strictly non-irradiated... I particularly enjoy the terpene flavour profiles and it definitely influences the medications effects. Essentially I'm looking for people to convince me it's not a waste of money buying irradiated bud. There are some flavours I haven't smoked in about 10 years I would absolutely love to try but I am put off by this label.

Every morning I get in the car and I have to adjust my rear view mirror as it’s too low, then leaving work (normally about 9 hours desk work) I have to lower it as it’s too high!….. repeat every day!
Now either someone is playing a long term elaborate prank on my, or something physically changes during the day.
Now I know I’m not shorter, but does something weird happen with posture later in the day to make my head lower in the car!

I'm looking to move closer to London to be able to easily commute to my job and university in Islington.
Here is the money I get from student loan : £13,348 Here is the money I get monthly from my job MINIMUM : £900 Minimum because I'm a carer and sometimes I'm needed more than on paper. I've been given £4,250 or so of my loan so far ... so let's say goodbye to that.
I don't spend much on groceries or anything else. Travel would be the main cost aside from rent.
I don't get help from parents so all the money is from my pocket! I can also do side hustles with various zero hour contracts.
My budget for renting is max 900 so I'm looking for 600-900 really...
I've been offered by a family member a 1 bedroom flat all to myself for 900 a month in East London. The flat will be available to me until he sells it (probably the summer). This would be ideal but I'm not sure if I can afford it. If someone who is better at this could give their insight, that'd be great.
I also have viewed other places which are quiet and safe for around 720 a month (no bills included).
I'm really stuck on the fence. I know the 900 for a 1 bed is an absolute unheard of in London but it will be hard with money. And 720 is good but it's further away and I'll be sharing ..!
