I am applying to the MCS Cyber Security at ASU and I am missing some of the prerequisites. Would I need to take the prerequisites prior to applying as it could hurt my admission chances or is it viewed as “take it when you get here” sort of deal? 2024.11.27 14:40 vamonosgeek Creating photorealistic environments. (Problem)

I’m working on an app that will let you open immersive environments and just stay there to chill.
You could use your Mac display and feel like you’re working or doing your thing in different cool places.
These are not “nature” scenes. Some of them are indoors.
My issue is that I don’t want to use a simple skybox with a 360 image. I’ve made the environments in UE5 and exported them as an image. Load it on the skybox as a texture and call it a day.
But that doesn’t cut it.
I can’t find the ways to export geometry with its proper textures into Reality Composer pro. And the tutorial from WWDC that explains baking textures doesn’t fix this either.
I remade the environment in blender but for some reason, the textures looks bad when imported and the photorealism with path tracing that I have is gone. Making the environments look cheesy in comparison.
I know we don’t have real-time ray tracing yet. But does anybody know how to export things properly? Either from UE5 or Blender.
There should be a simple way to export images and you place them in composer pro and be done with it. Since you do have only one point of view.
Any help or input is greatly appreciated.

Baby is almost 7 months old. Doctor recommended weaning night feeds because he should be able to sleep through the night. We’ve been going down on ounces, and I thought baby would get mad, but he’s actually been fine. I’ve been suspecting that it’s more habit rather than actually being hungry because he’ll just play with the bottle/bite it. We’re down to 2 ounces now, but what do I do when he wakes up, but is out of ounces?? He puts himself to sleep for naps and bedtime so we don’t rock him or anything. I’ve tried just giving him the pacifier back instead of feeding but he gets angry if I don’t give him some sort of bottle.

I had never read Tolkien's books, but after I started watching TROP I decided to start reading (my books should arrive by Christmas 😃).
After this short introduction I have some doubts that were created by things in the series but that I think maybe the readers can have the answer to.
1st When Sauron says he wants to heal Middle-earth, what would that “healing” be?

  1. if his plan is to heal, how would this actually happen in practice? what is the lasting peace that he says so much about?
3rd when he says that Galadriel must touch the darkness in order to reach the light, in exactly what practical way is he referring to her touching the darkness?
Maybe these are silly questions, but since I don't have the background of the books and the series hasn't set out to explain them better, I'm left with these doubts that perhaps you can clarify.
