 | Got myself this beautiful E93. Bought it in june with an unbelievable 71k!!! km on the clock. Now 5 months later I have already put 16k km more on it and it has been an absolute blast. It is my daily driver. It is a 325i (N53) in Sparkling Graphite Metallic A22 with black leather on the Inside and all kinds of lovely extras like illuminated door handels and so on. I shit you not this thing is looking like it just came out of the factory and I could not be happier. It hurts my soul that I am putting so many kilometers on it but I guess I can only once be 20 years old and drive a car like this so there are hopefully many more kilometers to come. So far no technical issues. Recently did an Oilchange after 10k km and it runs absolutely perfect. Would you keep it stock? Any suggestions what to do with it? I tried to access both the first and second packs. After that, I was prompted to sign in, and I logged in with my PS5 account.
However, when I attempt to complete the purchase by clicking "Checkout with Credit/Debit Card via Xsolla," I receive the following error message with the code: Unsuccessful request. Status code: 403 ().
Does somebody have this issue too?

Which of these characters that only appear in 1 episode should appear more?
I initially thought I would love to see more of Josh Wolowitz or Yvette. Josh, to explain more about Howard’s father, and Yvette, for Raj’s love storyline.
But the more I think about it, Isabella or Vanessa Bennett would actually make the storyline even more interesting. Isabella seems like an interesting character with an interesting background and with Raj’s personality, they would actually be an interesting couple. Vanessa Bennett would really make the storyline even more interesting as she’s smart and she even speaks Klingon, indicating she probably is into the same stuff Sheldon is.
I put Alice there just to complete the picture. I don’t really see any reason to explore more about her.
Is there any other characters that are more interesting and should have appeared in more episodes?

So for context this is south Florida in an amazing location / neighborhood. The home was listed at 640, but I made an offer of 650 since me and my wife felt we really loved the home, and although the market has slown down significantly and we likely could have offer less, or at least full list price, I didn’t want to lose the home over 10k on a 30 year loan.
Offer made, offer accepted! But then my usual overthinking self comes into hyper drive that it just felt too easy, and maybe I really should have offered less etc. I keep going back on fourth with this being a solid price or not.
Home is 4 bedroom, giant lot / backyard. Front door neighbor just sold for 635k and it’s a 3 bedroom, but it’s on the lake. Also they converted half the garage into an office in an ugly way imo.
So with limited context, is it reasonable that a 3 bedroom, on a lake home sells for 635k (and has quirky features like this office). And my home is sold for 650 as a true 4 bedroom, maintains its 2 gar garage, no lake but it has a giant yard.
