Hi everyone, I hope to get some insight about dreams I’ve had for years. It’s about someone I met a couple of time during a trip abroad six years ago. For the context: we were both in our thirties at the time, we barely talked, and I don’t have feelings for him in real life. We haven’t been in contact for ages, but for some reason, he keeps appearing in my dreams. Always in the same setting with a storyline that evolves.
In my dreams, we are university students, and I have a big crush on him. At first, he doesn’t even know I exist, but I attend his basketball game to see him play (he doesn't play basketball in real life). In another dream, I go to the basketball field with my friends during training, and one of them introduces us. I’m thrilled because I have a huge crush on him, but I keep a poker face.
There are several dreams in which we slowly become friends. Sometimes, he is not in the dream, but one of my friends mentions he might show up at a gathering, and my heart races at the thought of seeing him.
In another dream, he seems interested in one of my friends, and it makes me feel sad. In a different dream, I confess my feelings to him, but he doesn’t respond (we were interrupted by a classmate during our talk).
I have had several dreams like that over 6 years. It's always the same guy, the feelings in the dreams are always one-sided and it's always at university (even though we were never in college together).
I can’t figure out why I keep having those dreams. Could this series of dreams be trying to tell me something about myself?

2024.11.27 15:30 VGPP Open World / Landscape - What do you think?
The question:
How does everyone feel about the state of progression within the open worlds or "landscapes"?
Before we get started, this is coming from a player that's legendary rank with over 1,500 hours in the game and started playing early 2014. Sorry if this is a bit of a rant but it's bugged me for a while now.
Current open worlds:
- Plains of Eidolon
- Orb Vallis
- Cambion Drift
- Duviri
My main concern is that as time goes on, we'll have so many worlds that have too much specific farming to do that's just the same concept with a different skin.
Fishing, for example, is pretty much the same everywhere with the exception of Duviri.
Especially with a lot of people wanting Mars, Tau, Eris and so on to be made, it's almost inevitable that the game is going to carry on in that direction.
Not to mention we have so many syndicates and factions across the game that you spend lots of time being forced to go experience something you really might not enjoy e.g. fishing (can you tell I hate fishing).
Don't get me wrong, the experiences are not identical between the worlds, but the concepts implemented are so similar they may as well be the same.
I don't want to finish an open world to then have to start all over again with re-skinned mechanics.
Duviri definitely changed things up, but this seems to be the exception, not the rule.
My opinion:
Universal medallions are geared to solve this problem but for me, just don't cut it.
I can't remember the last time I came across one by either playing the regular side of the game, or by deep diving into the open worlds.
In 2019, update 25.7 DE mentioned:
We are planning on making ‘Universal’ mean a bit more here and in a future Hotfix this will be usable in Conclave, Simaris, and Vent Kids as well.It was mentioned again in hotfix 25.7.4 but this was removing it from being applicable to conclave.
We are starting small with this item as it has potential for a large impact on various economy elements that we want to carefully measure, but expect iteration and larger versions of these for rewards! Anything from special Alerts featuring multiple, future drop tables, and more!
So for 5 years it hasn't been mentioned or reviewed, according to patch notes (I don't watch devstreams so I could be wrong here).
Universal medallions should be rewarded more often, not to the point where they break the economy but to the point where you're not having to spend hours chain fishing (even with resource boosters) on various different open worlds.

In the market to buy a plyo box for step ups but not sure what size is best! 16/18/20 or 16/20/24. I'm 5'8, my husband is 6'1 for reference. I wouldn't use it for box jumps but might use it for bench dips. Trying to figure out what size will be most useful!

I’m (M 26) relocating from the USA to Canada to live with my fiancee (F 25) very soon. I often have negative thoughts about the decision to do so, such as: “it must be nice to live within close proximity to your friends, family and loved ones especially during the holiday season where family gatherings happen” “it sure must be nice to not have to leave everything you’ve known and loved behind, such as family, friends, pets and your old home.” I know these thought are blatantly negative and could possibly lead to resentment (which I’m trying to avoid) but I can’t help but feel this way. My fiance is more financially secure than I am with a thriving business and I feel as though because of this, moving to her place was non negotiable. I just feel pretty down and depressed about everything I’m leaving behind despite how much I love her and want her to be happy. For anyone who’s had similar experiences and thoughts will you please share with me your experience and how everything played out in the long run?

So is it Julie/Eloise?
Seems too on consistent for a lag in relation for the daughters.
If Eloise was really good at hide and seek then maybe she is really just a time walker and perhaps got stuck in another time?
When Julie goes into the ruins she went into a seizure like state. If Eloise was running and fell into a similar place perhaps she was slaughtered but also exists in another time frame. If that happened then she would be corporeal as we see with Julie, but would she be able to exist without her "anchor" body? Could a story walker story walk through a story walk? Say she walked to season 4 current era wouldn't she still be a child? Imagine the reunion of Eloise, Victor and Henry?! That's why I want this idea to be true. It would be insanely heart wrenching.
Ethan has been acting super creepy this season. They focused on him going to the bathroom during the town meeting. He was pretty blunt with explaing story walking, and that they can't change the story going as far as looking a little morose. I think Julie has been visiting him. * This part my husband read on here, not original.
Side note: I am so happy Smiley is back. Kind of morbid but that actor is beyond incredible and really set the monsters to be terrifying!

J'ai un budget de 2000€ MAX (probablement overkill pour mes besoins), j'ai déjà un écran et vous verrez que l'alim Corsair proposée dans la liste n'est pas à inclure dans la réflexion puisque je l'ai déjà en ma possession.
Reste la question du boitier qui est peut-être trop petit pour l'alim et le CPU Cooler qui laisse assez de place à la RAM..? J'ai aussi un doute sur l'utilité de la 2X32 en RAM plutôt que 2X16 pour l'instant?
Qu'est-ce que vous changeriez/optimiseriez ?

I've been using the training portion to quickly train my army/spells, heroes and siege machines whenever I need to attack for trophy pushing but ever since the new update whenever I use the training portion to quickly train my army and spells etc it doesn't work for heros like my whole army,spells and siege machines will be trained quickly but I've to wait the normal time for heros to regenerate which is quite frustrating does someone else has the same problem and how to fix it
