Fala meus caros.
Me ajudem a escolher um usadinho, tem um tempo que vendi meu carro e no início do ano quero comprar outro. Sempre gostei de sedã e estou na dúvida entre dois modelos. Não quero entrar em dívida de financiamento e também não me importo de de estar com um carro mais antigo, o uso será ocasional aos dias de semana e mais nos finais de semana.
Estou em dúvida nos carros das fotos:
Jetta 2009 completo com teto e o kit premium, quilometragem abaixo de 120k (julgando que não esteja adulterada), couro dos bancos ok, mecânica ok e etc..
Focus titanium automático (não é o Powershift), quilometragem similar ao Jetta, também com todos os opcionais.
Falando por alto, os carros estão com situação similar e sem tantos problemas aparentes, como já tive um Fuence tenho ciência sobre a questão do consumo e não é algo que me assustaria tanto, logicamente um consumo menor é um plus, mas que pode ser comparada com outros itens.
O que vocês acham? Vocês teriam uma escolha fora estes dois? Estou aberto a sugestões.

Have this on Switch, bought it a while ago and then was looking for something to play last night. Started a new game and I haven't been able to make it further than Gold mine 3 as I keep getting killed by the Rockpile Mimic, I just end up in a room with him in. I die, lose stuff and then have to start over again.
I know this is supposed to be a roguelike/lite, but is it supposed to get easier? Of course I am not supposed to be able to kerb stomp everything within minutes of playing a new game, but just seems quite a lot more challenging that it should be at the start. I don't fully understand the mechanics of it all yet and what you do keep or lose when you die, besides the gold.
Should I just keep at it?

I'm currently a junior in Highschool in Tunisia ( if you don't know where that is it's a country in north Africa with very limited resources for aspiring international students). I have dreams of studying in a university in the USA and I'm currently working on it so please review my extracurricular activities and give me ways to improve my application and tips for my essays ( I'm applying in fall 2025 btw)
I'm currently studying for the SAT, I'm taking it in Mai or June 2025, I'm taking TOEFL later this year.
-I'm the cofounder of a club within my school that touches on issues that the students face in our school community, we help solve these problems by organizing events and training sessions for the students of our school or any student in our community that is interested in what we do. This club is part of a nationally renowned organization that's government approved and we execute our mission which is to improve the quality of the student's life by adhering to a strategic plan that has been suggested by the organization we belong to and approved by the majority of the clubs in the organization. I have been involved in this club for 2 years now and have been a board member for these 2 years too. I held the position of the vice president charged with external relations for the 2023/2024 mandate, a poste that handles sponsoring, collabs and anything external in the club and I'm currently the general secretary for the 2024/2025 mandate. We have an Instagram account that had around 1.2k followers ( fyi extracurricular work in NOT common and accessible in my country). I attended multiple general assemblies, represented my club multiple times, and we have even won an award for best problem solving because we went through hell to make the club work in our school
-I'm a member in a Tunisian version of MUN called TIMUN ( Tunisian International Model United Nations), i have participated in simulations and even won best first timer in my first simulation. I have been a member of this club for a year now and I've honestly learned so much from it.
-I participated in a national reading competition ( the concept is to read and summarize 30 books at minimum and at each level the ask you verbal questions to test your knowledge and understanding of the books) and i have become a national finalist in this competition but I didn't win (cried so hard when i didn't LOL)
-I speak Arabic, English and French fluently and will be taking German classes later this year ( idk if this helps please tell me)
-I'm a good student and even though it's not recommended to recalculate your GPA based on your country's grading system but it's safe to say that i have averaged around 3.8 to 3.9 GPA my freshman and sophomore year ( please keep in mind that the Tunisian school system is absolute hell with long hours Monday through Saturday and long heavily detailed curriculums and teachers are extremely stingy with grades and a lot of the time we don't get grades we deserve due to teachers making exams hard and correcting too strictly especially in the first semester for example i was so well revised for an economics exam and i only got 14.75/20 this semester because my teacher has a reputation for never giving anyone over 15/20 even though i deserve better LOL) oh and students are lowkey revolting right now and are demanding major reforms to be made because school is consuming us.
-I'm considered low income by USA's standards and middle class in my home country but it's safe to say i can't pay for any university's tuition and the cost of SAT and TOEFL has already put enough strain on my family
question : will getting a good SAT score really boost my chances ( like a 1500 and up) and what do you recommend to help me write good essays?
this has been my dream for years now and I've been working towards it for years now, I even turned down earning a the French baccalaureate because it will limit the time in give to my clubs and the final and most important part of it will fall around SAT prep and college application time and i just desperately want to make it with the very limited resources i have personally and as a Tunisian citizen and student.
(ps: i can take college classes, my father is a professor and some of his friends are willing to allow me to audit their course or take exams if like and write recommendation letters based on my performance, also my English and past economics teachers and my school's dean are willing to write me letters of recommendation)
I'm applying as either a business, economics or pre law major, i want to go to law school later on so feel free to give your intake on that.
additional information : in Tunisia you choose what track or specialty you're going into in university since Highschool and I'm currently specializing in economics and management but we also take other subjects such as literary subjects and my specialty happens to have a strong history, geography, philosophy and french curriculum so that justifies my interest in the majors i cited ( I'm mostly leaning towards business or economics)

My baby girl is almost 8 months old. I miss her being so small. Time flies. I feel like just yesterday I was on here asking when the crying would stop, when I could sleep. How miserable I was and if I made a mistake and ruined my life. She’s my entire world. She makes me so happy and it gets better and it gets easier. I actually feel like I want another one after being one and done.
I just wanted to post this for any new parents that might be struggling with the newborn phase. I did too. I thought I was going to die. But just you wait. You’re about to have the best time in your entire life and be so incredibly happy.

As the title says. The cutscene with the general Jiyan introduction was just skipped without me doing anything.
