Hey all,
I am trying to use excel as a schedule manager. My goal is to have the spreadsheet available to my employees, so they are able to have control on their schedule, while keeping the operations flowing.
I am able to extract data from my HR software which gives me a chart like this :

I manually added A16:A23. I want to have a formula that counts how many people works on each given 4hrs of the day. I tried countifs/sumproduct, I tried replacing the "23:45" for "00:00" (so excel doesn't get confused since it goes through midnight).
Nothing seems to work, I've been trying for 3 days, I am close to giving up, so reddit is my last resort.

Hello - I have a use case where I wish to capture both a copy of the audio and video via tracker. I attempted to do this via two tracker entries: one set to capture the data as audio and another as video. However, it would appear that once one of the trackers downloads the content it is no longer considered undownloaded for the second tracker to consume. Is there a way to do this that I'm not thinking of? The only other way I can conceive to do this is a separate instance of the software running on another machine or VM. Thanks!

2024.11.27 14:20 ProducePete Odd issue with LG smart TV killing upload speed
I'm having an odd issue with my network where my LG TV seems to be killing my upload speed when it's on.
I have FIOS gigabit internet and a NETGEAR Nighthawk R6700 that the FIOS ONT connects directly to (I don't have a Verizon supplied router). I got an LG smart TV about a year ago and haven't noticed any issues until a few weeks ago, and more obviously over the last week during daily morning meetings (I work remote). My kids have been watching TV in the morning recently which they normally don't do. I have a meeting with my team every morning and have noticed connection problems recently.
I checked my speed (via ookla and verizon) while the TV was on and my download to my computer (which is connected via WiFi) is okay but my upload dropped to 2 Mbps. When the TV is off, everything is normal. I feel like with Gigabit internet and a pretty good router, I shouldn't be experiencing a drop like that. I don't have like 3 TVs streaming 4K while playing games online or anything.
Nothing has changed on the TV (as far as I'm aware), or the router, or in the house (like cabling or anything). The TV is directly connected to the router with a CAT6 cable, everything else is connected via wifi. In a typical day, I have my work computer connected, my personal computer connected where I'm watching YouTube or listening to music while I work, our phones are connected, and the kids occasionally watch TV (generally streaming Disney and usually in the afternoon).
I have turned the router off and on again which didn't. I haven't done a factory reset yet because I wanted to see if anyone has any ideas about what might be happening before I do that.

So I placed an order yesterday. It âshippedâ yesterday, and is now already in transit. Iâve ordered from Lit 4-5 times now. No issues other than the preferred jolly rancher being labeled as essential (the flower was still preferred). Oh, and when I reached out about it they got back to me quickly. I just donât understand why so many people have such horrible stories. Iâm sure my account isnât hand picked to get great service since Iâm not an affiliate or anything. Some of yâall must be overreacting or just lying altogether.
PS- this is only an honest opinion/experience. Not meant to ruffle feathers or silence anyone with true issues.

Iâve been playing Two Dots for over 7 years. I fell in love with the game that didnât have ads every 30 seconds, without a whole bunch of side quests that crowd up the loading screen and the whole microtransaction-esque vibe that Two Dots in 2024 seems to have. Fortunately, a couple of days ago I remembered that I downloaded Dots & Co long time ago when it was still alive, and thankfully Apple allows you to re-download now-discontinued apps, so Iâm back on the Dots train thanks to Dots & Co. Itâs certainly not as exciting as Two Dots at its best, but itâs simple, no frills, relaxing and fun. Does anyone else miss this game?

Iâve tried to get into the whole iPod thing and I like it so far. Thereâs some things I kind of miss like adding a song to the cue easily (a swipe on the track does it on Spotify) but what is kind of a deal breaker for me is the lack of noise cancellation.
Iâve used my iPod with the Apple EarPods and they of course have no passive noise cancellation whatsoever let alone active noise cancellation.
I usually listen to music when commuting and on the train and bus. I would have to turn up the volume so much that it would hurt my ears probably. Iâm used to listening to music at around 50 to maybe 60 decibels using noise cancellation with my AirPods Pro.
How do you guys do it? Iâve thought about IEMs that provide passive noise cancellation and of course thereâs overear headphones that have it but I donât like overears because they ruin my hairdo and theyâre cumbersome to carry around (and I would like to not invest a lot of money since I do have the AirPods which were quite expensive).

so theres a world which is everything there is which is a gigantic plane of unknown shape with some surreal laws and properties and mechanisms of action with still gigantic balls of something we perceive as solid or something where somehow existence moves from just some abstract matter to biological life (??) which evolves to be able to be kinda self aware.
the strangest shit is that we have something of a sense of making sense and seeing meaning in everything, although nothing in reality and nothing in the whole universe ever hints at having any meaning in itself.
anyway, there are 2 people that were exactly at the same spot as you and they had sex and then you, a biomachine made of skin, meat and bones has been created. you have no prior knowledge about the world, experiencing the moment you were born consciously would probably be some serious 80x salvia extract shit.
you grow up ignorant to the absurdity of your situation, building your self referential identity and living through experiences that are universally shared by other (players?)
life is kinda simple, you can kinda move around and touch things, indulge in some activities which seem sort of pleasurable (?), talk and interact with other players which are exactly the same thing as you, but partially nothing like you (which is just on its own super interesting); you can somehow get high, you have a for whatever reason natural love for music, dancing and really just rhythmic stuff and stuff with patterns, you can experience real euphoria from just being in love with other players and on top of that you can even make new players (literally wtf)
and we (unfortunately not everybody) happen to live in the time where all our basic need like eating, hydrating, sleeping are basically met and (have been so for a very comparatively long time).
where people which are exactly the same the same as you, that also lived for the first time managed to one by one create a thing large than themselves, a society with all sort of things, laws and human rights
society is not perfect, but when healthcare and education are promised to you for free if it sounds like a pretty grateful thing to be for given that it is all made by people that are exactly like you who literally dedicated their lives to it.
and all of this is for maybe 70 years and never again so dont get too attached or immersed, its all not that important
sometimes i feel like im about to faint from the shock of believing in this delirious dream yet apparently it is not only real, but the realest thing there is
sorry for my unsophisticated way of saying things, im very open to reading anything anyone wants to say
