For the issue of replying to deleted emails, in the new outlook, if you permanently deleted it, you can log in to your mailbox on the web side to see if the emails are still there, and if they are not there it means that the server indeed does not have those emails anymore. To sort deleted items by date deleted: Open Outlook and go to the "Deleted Items" folder. Look for a column header labeled "Date Deleted" or a similar term. Click on the "Date Deleted" column header to sort the deleted items by the date they were deleted. You may need to click it again to toggle between ascending and descending order. Steps to Recover Deleted History on Microsoft Edge 1) open File Explorer >> Click the folder icon in the taskbar or press Windows+E. 2) Navigate to : “This PC” > Local Disk (C:) >> Users > [Your Username] > For recovering accidentally deleted emails. 1. search for these emails in the deleted items folder and see if you can find any from the results. If so, you can do the restore from here (elect Move > Other Folder). 2. If you can't find an item in the Deleted Items folder, the next place to look is the Recoverable Items folder Deleted Partition on HDD - How do I restore it, and the data within? In my efforts to fix my previous problem, I resorted to a fresh install of Windows 10. I have two drives - one is an SSD on which I installed only Windows-related files, and the other is a 500gb traditional hard drive on which everything else was installed. There are various third-party partition management and recovery tools available that claim to recover or recreate deleted partitions. Some popular tools include [mod removed], recuva etc. These tools might have features that can help you recreate a recovery partition. 5. Create a Backup and Reinstall Windows: All your deleted files are listed in “Trash.” To find out how long ago files were added to the “Trash,” you can sort files by their “Trashed date” date. To restore a file: Right-click the file. Click Restore. Tip: Deleted files are stored in the Trash for 30 days before they’re deleted forever. First you will need to click "Deleted Items". once, there you will see a list of the emails your have deleted. Right click an email and choose Restore. Growing up I began to look into the inner workings of my city after losing someone close to me who made me promise I would right the wrongs done to my city. I came to find a crime syndicate that had taken over my city in secrecy. They’re responsible for several bad things that happened. The PD tried to solve one of their cases but fell short. So I took it on as something I had to do. The case became personal after discovering a key part of the case’s evidence. The case was looked at by me for 6 years and 2.5 weeks. Eventually, I solved the case. I’m responsible for my city and in a way the group’s lives.
I’ve also connected that case to 2 more in a different city. I went to discuss my findings with the PD and they didn’t even try to pay attention. I then looked into the industries the group is known to be in…the police is one of them.
The case for me at least is solved, but the group is still out there and I don’t know what to do. I need advice on what I should do now.

I am 9 weeks and a few days pregnant. This week I have had three nights where I am woken out of a deep sleep to shooting, burning, excruciating pain in the side of my thigh. I get it on both legs - it feels like a charley horse but I’ve only ever had that in my calf muscle - some nights it’s both other nights it’s one more than the other.
I googled and thought maybe it’s restless leg. But I’m not sure that is this painful? I woke up screaming out of a deep sleep in pain. I started magnesium before bed and my ferritin was low at my blood work a few days ago so I ordered an iron supplement. I assume these will take several weeks to potentially work.
Is this happening to anyone else in their thighs? Is restless leg this painful in your experience? Any advice? I’m not sure mentally I can take 9 months of fearing this pain everytime I lie down to sleep…

Hello!
Live in Melbourne, Australia; weather is kinda inconsistent (Australia is on the warmer side in summer, but Melbourne weather varies a bit more wildly.. doesn't get suuper cold). Moved into new rental that has no built in heating/cooling in this bedroom (though temperature inside the room doesn't seem to be much of an issue, somewhat decent insulation.) I actually can't tell if I sleep hot or cold? People sometimes comment that I feel cold in bed and sometimes I wake myself up if overheated..
Anyways, budget is $550AUD for King-size. Looking at down/feather with high percentage down only, nice and fluffy. All-seasons.. it's easier for me to sleep with a quilt than a blanket/sheet. I have these options atm, was hoping for people to have a look and give their opinion?

Quilt shopping is overwhelming.. I wish they'd lay out fill/percentage/fabric/etc very clearly.
