Basically i got denied for an apartment but they place said they do business with liberty rent. I applied with them and got approved BUT they said i had to pay one month rent to them & it's not refundable. I tried looking for them on BBB but nothing came up. It's $1565 for a 1 bedroom so they want $1565 and it's non-refundable. my aunt things it a scam, i'm currently living in my car and it's been getting cold in Denver and i got denied a bunch of places cause of my credit. Idk what else to do, has anyone ever used them ?? $1565 for something i won't get back seems a bit much but idk what else to do.

I'm thinking of buying the Samsung s90d, for 1400€ in Europe, I'm on the fence because it doesn't support Dolby Vision.
The LG g4 65 is considerably more expensive, from 2200-2400€. Some stores had it for 1800€ but they sold out. I know it's better than the Samsung, but is it worth the extra 1000€?
I'm also planning to buy a Sound system and for that I'm considering 2 homepods 2 for 750€, or the Samsung HW-Q990D for 900€, is the HW-Q990D worth it over the homepods 2x2 for an extra 150€?
Note that this setup is also for playing PS5.

I found out about aerial roots the other day, and I thought I'd get a moss pole to support them as my plants not particularly very big yet! I'm hoping to someday transfer it outside when its big enough (it'll be okay in winter as it doesn't get too cold where I live). I'm just wondering if ill have trouble transferring it with the moss pole and if I should use a wooden plank for the future, or if it'll be easy to move the plant without damaging it when moving the moss pole.
I'm interested in knowing people's experiences with both, or even other things, and what I should watch out for in the future, and any tips and tricks anyone has.
(Last image is almost all of my indoor plants together, im running out of room for them all haha. And dw, I only occasionally use the indoor plant fertiliser to help my plants a bit at the start of spring and summer)

I've been wanting to pitch this idea for awhile and I'm hoping to start putting it into action over the winter depending on the response here.
Essentially I want to create a place for community members to share their stories and interests away from the game that brought us all here, because while UHC has continued to decline in popularity, a lot of the people are still around in some capacity and like to periodically check back in, so it'd be nice to have something other than recorded rounds for people to look at and could help everyone retain their connections.
From a personal standpoint, I love finding out about what all the creative, talented and entertaining people I grew up watching and playing UHC alongside are up to now, and obviously not just in terms of standard adult responsibilities, because everyone also has their own hobbies, projects and experiences that are fun to share, but its becoming increasingly harder to do so with the more recent direction of social media.
The plan isn't to create feature length episodes giving opinions on trending topics like a lot of podcasts, more like short 20-30 minute casual interviews on the specific topic(s) of each guest. It doesn't really matter if the last time you played a UHC was yesterday or 5 years ago, as long as you've been a part of the community and have something interesting you want to share or even promote.
I'm not set on this being a solo project for me as due to my own time constraints, its unlikely I'd be able to be consistent with a podcast. If anyone else wants to help out in some way, then I'm for sure open to discuss that.
