2024.11.27 15:55 yo_viola Google Drive not working after update - Version 133.0 (64-bit)
After yesterday's update, I'm not able to access files in Google Drive using Firefox. They're greyed out, and when I try to open one, a pop up informs me "This file can't be opened because you're offline." I'm certainly online, and it works on Chrome (ugh). Anyone else experiencing this?

2024.11.27 15:55 DoviDodu I finally fixed the FPS drop memory leak issue
After a week of trying every method known to man and downloading a million different mods, I think I have finally fixed the memory leak issue causing the game's frames to freefall into the single digits. The problem for me was with the system saving up too much standby RAM.

Be sure to TURN OFF DLSS Frame Generation. Not sure about FSR3 but even with this fix, frame gen seems to tank the frames still.
This seems to have fixed it for me, so try it out and and see. A lot of different things seem to fix it for other people, so mileage may vary, but for me this is the only thing that did it.

I know everyone is going to suggest Delta, but considering online features are going to be locked behind patreon for who knows how long, someone should consider making a really good standalone DS emulator. Especially the Folium dev since 3DS is never going to be good on older devices unless Apple allows JIT (almost never going to happen).
DS is one of the most emulated consoles on mobile and Android has Drastic and a MelonDS port. Now that MelonDS 1.0 has released, local/online multiplayer, upscaling, etc. have become major features and seeing that iOS would be amazing.

Hi! I am marinating olives for thanksgiving and Iâm have the hardest time finding the olive oil to use. Every recipe just says to use a nice extra virgin olive oil but I not sure which one to get. Iâm planning on just going to the grocery store and donât want anything too pricey. Does anyone have any recommendations from their own recipes?

Can I submit a SAR for a school I currently work for? I've been suddenly suspended due to 'concerns regarding my capability' (despite my disability) and need to get to the bottom of it.
I don't think I want to be there anymore but think things may have a chance of being repaired if I am not dismissed.
I kinda feel targeted but don't want to give them the satisfaction of 'winning' by getting rid of me. I'd rather leave on my own terms.
E.g. A concern was that I missed the deadline for Y11 marking. This deadline was during my period of sick leave and I even offered to take them home to mark during my absence.

 | So, I think I accidentally created an intensely blackwater aquarium and I'd like advice on what to do. This tank contains a lot of hornwart, a few ram's horn snails, and a population of daphnia. It's mostly an experimental tank, so I top it up with rainwater I collect in a beaker. A few days ago I decided to up the tannins in the tank as a countermeasure for increasing pH, so I took my rainwater beaker and dropped a little oak gall in it. In 2 days, it had become a lovely tea color. Yesterday night, I poured this water (no more than 150 ml) into my tank, and this morning it looked like this. You can see how dark the water is from the bottom left corner, as that's a strong flashlight I've got right against the tank and you can bearly see through it. What in the world happened? Was the concentration of tannins just so high that it made the whole thing blackwater? Or is it some weird reaction between the acidic tannins and the slightly basic water? Hey! Everyone is excited for PoE2 but I wanted to poke the community about starting a monthly race event that I was thinking of starting in January. Was thinking a small prize pool of 100 dollars to start off and to allow the community to donate into it. I had a few ideas for side events like co-op Race or class/skill specific challenges to keep the event fresh each month while waiting for new content. The event will be open to everyone to join, as said on a few interviews, racing doesn't bring new players to the game. But I won't lie that I enjoy watching the races all the time. This is more about creating events for people who enjoy racing.
I'll write out a better post on my thoughts and rules I would want to do but at least I see if people were interested. I'm hoping to setup smaller community events in games and racing events have a lot of room to grow. Seemed easy to at least start the conversation with.
