2024.11.27 13:31 mrsspooner A few days off - What dose to get back on?
I just started Vyvanse. I started at 20mg 12 days ago and boosted up to 40 mg this Monday. I have to go for the cognitive testing portion of my assessment next Monday and was told that i should not take my medication for 48 hours before. So i will not take my medication starting this Saturday. I know from this group that breaks are common, but what dose should i take come Tuesday after being off for 3 days? Do i restart at 20mg or do i just pick right back up at 40mg since its been great so far with no side effects? Thanks for your comments and opinions.

I’m a gymnastics coach based in Tokyo, specializing in handbalancing and movement-based skills, and I also teach online training. My programs are highly personalized, with video libraries, individualized feedback, and tailored programming, all designed to maintain a high standard of quality in video production and aesthetics.
I offer three payment tiers: £145, £250, and £450. Each tier includes a personalized program, but the higher tiers come with more frequent feedback and additional online classes.
While this is not my main job—since I’m also a freelance gymnastics coach in-person—I’m finding it difficult to manage my growing online client base while maintaining the same level of quality. Clients send me videos for feedback, and I provide guidance, but I’m struggling to keep up with all the requests and ensure that the standard of service remains high.
Has anyone found an effective way to manage both an online client base and in-person clients? I’m especially looking for tools, strategies, or systems that can help streamline the process, so I can balance both sides without compromising quality.

 | In this subreddit I saw a post about who people think the it girl will be. A lot of people are saying other members but internationally Sarang is among the most collected right now. Her cards are being priced the same as Jeemin and still being sold out first. They’re also setting sets and her cards aren’t being included which means they’re collecting her. Also on pc websites like Hallyu she’s literally gone first. And before you say pc collecting ≠ IT girl, I KNOW that but I just wanted to talk about this observation. Same observation can be said about Koko but I made this post about Sarang because being a US voter for her during survival show and being a sarang defender since day one I shocked at how many people are collecting her. Before the heating season started I did maintance in my catalytic woodstove from the 90s and found a crack that couldn't be fixed. It was on the small side (15 inch length splits max) so 90%of the dried wood I have right now is sized for my old woodstove. In January I'll be cutting and splitting next year's supply of wood and I'm looking for advice from fellow princess owners on what size they cut their wood too and any other general tips they have.
