I've been looking around for online med tech companies for a while and I've stumbled upon Vomark Technologies, a company supossedly dedicated to selling new and refurbished medical ultrasound machines, and said to be located in 406 Diens Drive, Wheeling, IL.
They offer pretty much all kind of ultrasound machines models at a very reasonable price (too good to be truth?), but aside from their low prices, there are some other signs that are sort of concerning. The pictures they use on their website seem pretty generic, the available online info on this company is kind of scarce, and when I look for their address on Google Maps Street View there seems to be a warehouse in that location with no signs of an actual company.
I'm planning on investing and importing some of this tech for my own company, but I dont want to mess up and lose my hard earned savings falling for a scam. Since I'm not in the US and my friends over there aren't near IL they can't help me out, so I'm resorting to you guys to give me a hand.
TL;DR: I want to know if a company in Wheeling, IL is legit so I can invest in importing some tech, but I'm afraid it might be a scam. Is there any way to make sure I don't mess up?

Hace 4 meses que estoy tirando cv por Coto, Carrefour, Ypf, Shell, axion, Puma energy, mercado libre, Mostaza, mc donalds, burguer king, locales comunes, restaurantes y otros. Me llamaron de una ypf, de 20 que tiré y eramos 30 personas de las cuáles solo iban a tomar a 1, después un mc donalds y tampoco quedé. Tengo 2 años de experiencia en Mostaza, ascendí y gané mas experiencia en administrar bodega, horarios laborales y manejo de turnos. Alguno tiene algún consejo para poder conseguir algo, todos los meses sigo tirando cv por todos lados pero por ahora solo esos dos en 4 meses.

I lost hope in everything, i don’t know if this is just relationship related but so far you were the best community on here and it helps sharing my thoughts on this sub usually…
I lost hope in humanity in general. I lost hope in finding a job (although im highly skilled and experienced) I lost hope in finding a partner (a good and healthy relationship) I lost hope in just moving forward. I feel stuck.
For those brave ones who pushed through and forward. How did u do so? What helps when ur losing all hope?
