6 months later, it hurts like crazy today feels like I’ve been discarded all over again crying randomly stomach hurts I’m so mad I’m so hurt man I did nothing to be thrown away like that I wasn’t perfect but I tried always.

I used NRC for many years before Garmin (also have a few years) and I've always thought the Nike Effort 1-10 was a lot more accurate than Garmin's descriptions.

I feel like I when I put my effort in Garmin, its too low cuz an average run I feel like a 5 on Nike ratings but on Garmin it's like a 3-4 but if I put 5 I can't say it was hard, right.
So I've wondered if our self evaluation has any effect on the afterwards data.

Seven months ago, I found myself in the same situation with a girl who smiled at me. She probably doesn’t even remember me. I’m obsessed with her. I’ve never had friends, never had any kind of social group—it’s all so fucking sad. I’ve realized I’ve started behaving like a stalker. I constantly check her TikTok profile and started going out early in the morning to take the same bus as her. A few times, we ended up sitting near each other.
But today, something went wrong. I walked in front of her—I knew she was behind me—and I leaned against a wall. She looked at me with a shocked expression. In her eyes, I could tell she’s afraid of me or thinks I’m fucking weird. Fuck. The first time I met her, she smiled at me—it was a nice encounter. Other times, she sat in front of me on the bus and looked at me like she was studying me, but I felt she wasn’t entirely comfortable. I started convincing myself she might be interested in getting to know me, but as usual, it’s just another person on this planet who thinks I’m fucking weird.
Now she’s probably written me off as a potential stalker (which I am). Fuck. I always take the same bus as her. There’s some eye contact, but, as usual, nothing was happening. Now I don’t know how to redeem myself because she definitely thinks I’m a fucking weirdo or a creep. Fuck, I had no intention of hurting her in any way. I was just looking for attention, but all I ever get is shit. You’ll probably judge me, but honestly, I’m not doing this to harm her.

Hey everyone! Just felt like sharing a dream I had the other night that included Zheani. So I very rarely dream anymore(that I can remember) so the details will be vague. What I can remember is my wife, Zheani and I sitting at a kitchen table just shooting the shit, like we’re old friends or something. Then our focus is shifted to a big bucket half filled with blood. Sticking out of the blood and taking up most of the rest of the bucket was a bunch of body parts and a couple angel wings. Zheani was going around to her friends and letting them choose 1 body part. Nonchalantly I start moving body parts around while we joke about the girl whose body was in the bucket. She was apparently a Zheani impersonator. We joked some more about how all the “good” parts were taken, so I think I settled with an arm or leg(I dunno why I didn’t choose a wing, maybe the feathers would be too much of a hassle). I’m pretty sure we were planning on eating her. Then I woke up. Thanks for reading 🙏

I’m new to Warhammer and am building Blood Angels as my first army.
I’m slowly researching and have put together an initial list. I’m now considering company markings for the army.
I like the skull marking of the first company (and the list has about 20 death company marines), but have questions about rules and lore accuracy.
My proposed list calls for a blood angels captain, but if I were to make all my units first company, that would be Arenos Karlaen, a unique model. With a helmet and power fist the model could theoretically represent Karlaen (but obviously not his datasheet).
Am I overthinking this?
