Verizon’s Black Friday deal of upgrading your iPhone, get an iPad and Apple Watch “on them:” Is the deal too good to be true? I would be upgrading my current line, which is on a family plan.
Thinking about upgrading mainly because of this deal and my 7 year old MacBook is toast. I use it for occasional work use (maybe one day a week, if that). I WFH so have a lot of Teams/Zoom calls, and use Microsoft Teams and Outlook for work. Can an iPad handle this? If so, which one is best?

My ex gf and I have been in relationship for 3 years. They both became good friends as they are same age and I’m 5 years older than them. But it’s not that much difference at our ages.
Long story short, she cheated with him. I cut off my cousin and dumped my ex. I didn’t tell my family about this whole drama. They are all onto me. We are a close knit family where we do almost all stuff together. He doesn’t come over and I don’t go. I want to tell everyone about his low character. But then I think it’ll create more animosity. There's this guy (let's call him Gary) I've known for several months now and for a variety of reasons, he never did strike me as a potential suitor, relationship-wise. Gary wasn't my "type," I thought he was too old for me, and we never spoke that much in 1-on-1 settings. More recently, we've begun talking more. This week, I got randomly hit on by a guy and had trouble turning him down, so I texted Gary asking for "brotherly advice". Gary was attentive in giving my advice and apologized for the fact that the guy hitting me was pretty tenacious and not backing down. I felt really cared for by Gary.
Slowly, I started to realize I had feelings for Gary after I "brother-zoned" him. Since then, he's been making comments about how I remind him of his sister. One time he said that my phone case was bulky which reminded him of his sister, which I found like a complete stretch. It seemed like he was trying to find ways to "sister-zone" me. Now I'm wondering if he is doing this in retaliation for my "brother zoning" him a few days prior, or if he genuinely thinks of me as just a younger sister. I do know the age gap is significant, but I think we get along well and could see a future fostering between us.
TLDR: I inadvertently "brother-zoned" my crush and now he's "sister-zoning" me. Is this not worth pursuing at all or is there a way I can let him know I like him?

Hi,
For testing purposes I already have a SQL server installed on my host OS with a named instance.
Using a Windows container I’ve proven I can use sqlcmd to connect to a sql azure database, but for the life of me I can’t get the docker container to communicate with my host. I have tried the same sql command in my host and it works fine using myipaddress,port (not anything tricky like localhost). I’ve also enabled remote connections.
I’ve read that the network “host” doesn’t work on Windows, which sounds exactly what I need. Allegedly the “transparent” network is supposed to work too, but it doesn’t exist.
Note: I’m using docker engine, not docker desktop. I’m in a corporate network so I can’t just drop the firewall and can’t add my own exceptions. Is there a way I can prove that the firewall or network setup is an issue?

As the title says, if u were being followed at night would the above be a good shout? It’s different from just taking a video of them since they can just destroy that but they can’t undo a live, do u think it’s more likely to deter someone who is following you from escalating it any further?
