In search on a laptop/desktop. I work from home as a graphic designer and this is what I use: -Adobe Illustrator -Some Photoshop/Premiere -I also tutor online but don’t have to have the best camera per say -I store my files in Google Drive -I like touchscreen but would rather better performance. -I’ve always had windows but wouldn’t mind a Mac. I’m techy enough to figure out that stuff -Probably need something over 32gb
Recommendations would be helpful!
Budget is $2k and a hint over.

Okay, I want to start this off by saying I’m a minor without a source of income which is why nothings happened sooner. My cat recently has been meowing for food a lot more, seemingly for no reason because we feed him the exact same as we used to with literally no change in his diet other than maybe snagging some human food when we aren’t looking. I just chalked it up to him being a fat little cat. Last night, he started throwing up clear and foamy vomit. It was really concerning but it was also at 3 am so nothing around us was open to take him in, and he started to calm down and only cry a little in my arms, and settled down for the rest of the night. This morning he still looked like he felt sick but was doing a lot better, just laying with me in bed and even accepting kisses and not meowing in pain anymore. But then suddenly he threw up red blood and now I’m really concerned. He’s going to the vet but I just need to know what’s wrong beforehand

Guys, I need some help. I have a RTX4080, 32GB RAM and I7-13700K, so I'm sure that's not my PC, but I can't play and watch a stream or a video without that getting lagged. I play video on 4K, 2K and 1080p while playing and still lagging, I disabled ADBlock from OperaGX and only let on UBlock.
That lag on videos and streams looks like extremely low FPS.
Someone knows what can I do? Thank y'all.
