Slight brag — was able to use my companion certificate to fly my partner and me JFK-AUS to visit family this week (Thanksgiving week!). Not only that, but we both got upgraded to First both ways.
I have been platinum for a few years, and I have a Reserve Amex, but I think I've only been upgraded to First maybe once before. It's just not something I ever count on. So, color me surprised that both me and my companion were upgraded both legs of our flight. The only thing I can think of is that it was my birthday last week, but I don't think they really take that into consideration. Are we just having an uncharacteristically lucky week?

Hoping to get some input about whether Notion or a different service with AI features would be best for my uses.
I run a small local company that offers physical therapy, nutrition, and gym/fitness services. Here’s what I’d like to use Notion for, also noting that I’m aware of HIPPA and don’t put any protected info into Notion:
- Writing clinical notes for physical therapy and nutrition. I’ve given notion instructions on my standard formats, and give it a brief dictation. Notion’s AI gives output that I copy into my EMR. **Ive gotten this to work decently well, better than a custom ChatGPT model, but it can still be inconsistent
- Creating custom follow up documents for clients. I’d to build a knowledge base of nutrition and health info, then be able to give notion’s AI a brief input, and get a document that I can send to a client. For example, have documents and knowledge about nutritional needs for endurance athletes in Notion. Tell Notion AI to create a detailed plan for a 125lb female runner training for a marathon, and who’s vegetarian and allergic to certain foods. **I have not yet build this.
- Create custom exercise programs for clients based on brief input. We have a large database of exercises with Youtube URLs I could load into Notion, and hundreds of example programs in Google sheets. I’d like to give it brief input about which exercises to include, then have create something referencing the exercise database and learning from past programs. **Not sure if this is possible, Google sheets may be a better tool?
- Store employee protocols/training documents, liability waivers, blog articles, email newsletters etc. for easier reference and help creating new materials in the future **I assume this should be possible
