Made it to 7 weeks today on 20mg. 49 friggin days. I’d say this week seems easier but can’t quite tell due to food poisoning Tuesday night and stomach just starting to heal last night. I have other posts about other weeks but I’m holding onto hope that each week gets better now with less variance and more consistency. I don’t really have side effects anymore except for maybe dissociation/foggyhead/blah feelings some of the time. Sleep has improved and anxiety and depression seem more muted.
To more healing and to you guys for all the help along the way. I still got a ways to go I think!

Hi,
I'm fairly new to networking so bare with, I am just looking for some advice on my vpn setup. I have setup mullvad vpn on my linux box and I have allowed local lan access. This works and i can see my local devices still once connected. Does this mean if I move 5gbs worth of files from this machine connected to the vpn to another machine on my local network that it goes out over the vpn and then back into the network or does the traffic stay in the local network.

So i looked up some guides on ending Y but what I'm confused about is how progression works with this chapter select stuff...do i just do everything on my ending E save and when I level up as long as i stay on that save no matter what chapter i pick ill be the same level? And does that go for progression on doing stuff to unlock ending Y? Idk this is confusing

Hey guys, I am looking for a headlamp. It doesnt have to be anything fancy. I am not sure if 18650 is to big for head lamps, but if not, I would prefer it, as I have a lot of 18650. Single emitter is fine I think. I am not a huge CRI snob, but I do like the nichia 519. It doesnt have to run anduril, but I dont mind it either. I have a fc11c and the UI is also fine IMO. An efficient driver would be a plus. Another plus would be some kind of battery level indication. Again, it doesnt have to be the way anduril does it (at least on the TS10) with RGB leds, but I dont mind that. I dont really know how much I would have to spend on this, but I would really like it to not be over 50€

I've tried so many things, and I just can't figure it out. - even # cast on - very plush and thick - I think the stitch I was learning had "double" in the name... A very kind person suggested that I try Acupressure to treat my BP issues. Here was my gentle reply.
Acupressure doesn’t work for me because my BP issues are symptoms of a larger problem. It’s like having pneumonia and treating the coughing symptom with cough syrup, but not treating the pneumonia with antibiotics. The coughing is secondary to the pneumonia. In my case, the elevated BP issues are secondary my hyperactive adrenal glands that overproduce the hormone Aldosterone, which regulates BP, hence “Hyperaldosteronism “.
Hyperaldosteronism aka Primary Aldosteronism is considered a secondary hypertension disorder and can only be confirmed with a series of lab tests and radiology studies. It is so important at the onset of hypertension symptom to be screened in order distinguish between Primary Hypertension and Secondary Hypertension, and they are two very separate and distinct diagnosis. This did not happen for me because like many others I believed that all hypertension is the same.
Most importantly, raising awareness from the patient perspective will help patients advocate for themselves and a live being misdiagnosed and inappropriately treated with ineffective medications.
And lastly, misdiagnosing patients with Primary Hypertension denies the opportunity for a curative treatment. Surgery is a curative option for eligible patients diagnosed with Primary Aldosteronism .
Ask your treating physician to test/screen you for Secondary hypertension and if they cannot do it, to send you to a certified hypertension specialist who can.
