Hey y’all, not sure if this is an appropriate post, but my partner and I are relocating to Houston at the beginning of the year from Louisiana and are looking for work. I have sales, packaging and tap room experience, include some THC experience. My partner has packaging, cellar and tap room experience. We’ve been looking at job boards, applying and such but it seems there are a lot of non-distro breweries and I’m not positive I’m looking in all the right places my If anyone knows of any that are hiring and could point us in the right direction it would be appreciated. Salve pessoal! Estou com uma dúvida sobre o comportamento do meu pc e gostaria de confirmar se o problema pode ser resolvido com manutenção preventiva. Vou descrever os fatores:
- Meu computador tem um processador i5-11400F e funciona normalmente em atividades gerais, com o uso da CPU geralmente ficando entre 1-10% e raramente ultrapassando 20% e caindo rapidamente após abrir programas.
- Durante gameplay de Assassin's Creed Syndicate notei que a CPU chega a 50-70% de uso, as ventoinhas ficam mais altas, mas as temperaturas ficam em torno de 60°C.
- Ao pausar o jogo ou entrar em menus, as ventoinhas voltam a ficar silenciosas.outra coisa é que mesmo durante a inicialização do jogo ( intro da ubisoft, Nvidia até aparecer o menu de "aperte qualquer tecla para continuar") as ventoinhas continuam silenciosas.
- O desempenho dos jogos está perfeito, sem quedas de FPS ou travamentos, mesmo após longos períodos de gameplay.
- Montei o PC em janeiro e nunca troquei a pasta térmica desde então. Na montagem, toquei acidentalmente no local da pasta térmica, deixando uma impressão digital.
- Notei que o cooler da CPU e nas ventoinhas apresenta um pouco de poeira acumulada. Não muito pelo menos numa análise visual, já que tenho tela antipoeira no gabinete e não tirei eles para verificar mais de perto.
- Fiz o teste no Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool, e o processador passou em todos os requisitos, confirmando que está íntegro. 8- não é baixado nenhum programa ou jogo fora dos sites ou launchers oficiais (nada de torrent ou fitgirl)

Hello, I’ve downloaded reports of my ebay purchases and sales. I sell both personal items that I don’t need and also some that I buy on ebay itself for a profit. Here is the situation for fiscal year 2022/2023
All items Revenues (includes what buyers have paid me minus postage costs and selling fees): 1300£ Only items sold for profit Revenues: 900£ Espenses (what I originally paid for the items I bought on eBay to resell): 300£ Profit: 600£ Given that my revenues on the items I sold for profit is less than 1000£, do I need to file a tax return, and if so, do I pay tax on them? Or is the ‘all items revenue’
The key question I’m not sure about on the gov.uk website is ‘did you earn more than £1,000 from working for yourself?’ I think based on those number above (Profit: 600£) the answer would be NO.

For context, my fiancé and I own the house and he has a friend that needed affordable rent for a year and a half while he finished college. Before he moved in, he was just my fiancés friend first, but we started inviting him to outings and I consider him a friend now too, but not so much that I would hang out with him by myself.
I agreed because it was a win-win, extra income for us and affordable for him.
I immediately started to second guess the decision when random women started to come in and out of the house. Like sure he has his “own” place now and I really tried not to judge but I did because my fiancé and I are settled into our happy little home, but we got randos circulating in and out, nbd Ill deal with it because he’s a couple years younger and is enjoying his single years.
Next every time he was introduced to a female friend, he would try to get with them. Ok this really ticked me off, I stopped inviting him out because he kept thinking with his d*ck. Then he brought up how we don’t invite him out anymore and I laid it out that I don’t want him trying to get with our friends. If they like him first, sure, but they don’t and he even commented “stop cock-blocking or stop gate-keeping” and that’s when I lost my shit and laid it all out. We’re past that now, he definitely got the point and has stopped.
I was starting to feel okay with him living here, inviting him to a couple things, then seeing him at home. But now my fiancé is inviting him to ALL our friends outings. Whenever my fiancé gets home, our roommate comes out of his room to talk to him. If it’s just me, he’s just in his room. So now with my fiancé inviting him out to everything, I feel like he’s infiltrating our lives… he wants to be a part of our friend group, be invited to everything, then I see him at home, then when we’re home he hogs my fiancé. The only times that he doesn’t hog my fiancé is when he has some new girl at the house. Anyway, I’ve talked with my fiancé and we’ve argued about it.
He suggested we should just kick him out, but there’s a part of me that wants to be kind and understanding and feels like he’s just a lonely guy who has no real friends. But the other part of me is like YEAH let’s kick him out because I’m starting to feel like he’s smothering me and my relationships and I’d be alright inviting him out all the time because we wouldn’t have to see him back at the house. Idk please tell me if I’m being the asshole, or if anyone has suggestions besides kicking him out because that it definitely my last resort. It’s been 5 months, he’s got about a year left here, but idk if I can handle that

My car got stuck in manual of stick shift on accident while I was making a u turn. I pressed the tiny button to release the gearshifter and put it back in to automatic but now the car will not start. It cranks but will not turn over. The battery lights radio and air come on but it won't turn over.

Hi Folks,
Question for you all. Monarch's balls were described as "marbles." Being a pinball noob, I am wondering what kind of material these early Jennings colored "marbles" were actually made of. From a video of Jennings' Red Man (1936), these red "marbles" seem to have a pool-ball type luster after all these years. So were these Jennings marbles resin, clay, or something else? I'm stumped. Any sources would be extremely helpful. Thanks.
