Hey reddit i need some advice!
I have a situation that I’m not sure how to go about dealing with. This is about me and my boyfriends relationship, for starters I’m 26F my boyfriend is 30, the reason I’m coming to reddit is because theres a lot of things in our relationship that i don’t know if they’re me just overreacting or an actual issue and i need unbiased opinions. Let me start off, me and my boyfriend have been dating for 10 months, we were long distance for 6 months of our relationship, i moved and left everything behind in Washington to live with him in utah. We decided to make the leap to move in so early on because my dad was stealing my credit cards and maxing them out leaving me in debt, so i had to get out of that situation. Now this is where things get fishy, red flag number one was when i first met him on a dating app he used really old pictures of himself, like I’m talking these pictures were like 8 years old. He didn’t actually send me recent photos up until a few weeks of us talking, he was about 185 pounds heavier and had a crazy beard. But i loved his personality so i decided to just love him for that and i started to grow to like his appearance. Im not all about looks but I’m the type to believe that physical attraction is just as important. Once i moved on from that we started making trips to see each other, with me usually making the trip. Things were going great up until we actually moved in together in September i signed for the apartment we currently have and that was that… i started noticing things that made me question the relationship. First off he mentioned his ex was an abusive alcoholic, so there would never be alcohol in the house. I was over the moon about that because my ex was the same way. About 2 weeks into living together i started noticing that he was drinking, it was small at first like 2 cans which wasn’t a huge deal. Then it got worse, he just started buying boxes of alcohol about 3 or 4 times a week. And yes I’ve brought it up to him to which he says “I’m not an alcoholic i can stop at anytime” and he never stops, he is not mean or abusive when he drinks, but it still worries me a lot. Another thing is, being in a 50/50 relationship is really important to me, i don’t wanna be left paying all the bills and cleaning and cooking and shopping. But that’s literally all i do. He hasn’t pitched in once for groceries and of course he pays his half the rent, but sense he has a job that barely offers him 20 hours a week and pays I’m $9 an hour it gets me worried he wont have enough to pay rent. I moved from my dad for financial reasons only to find myself in another rough financial situation. Ive been trying to help him find a new job but he never seems like he’s interested, just to add I’m not pushy about it, i just try and offer the help if i can. This one is kind of a big deal for me, but his car broke down a month ago and he’s been using mine to get to and from work, which I’m fine with up until i realize he’s been giving friends rides and they’ve been trashing the inside of my car. He doesn’t ask either which i find disrespectful, i work from home so i don’t use my car often other than to run around town. He doesn’t fill up on gas, doesn’t offer to pay half my car payment, and when i ask him to grab me something from the store while he’s out using my car he never does it. Another issue I’ve noticed is his lack of cleanliness, I’m usually the one cleaning our apartment but he seems so confused on what to do and never offers any help, i went a visited my sister last week in ohio and was gone for 10 days, when i came back home dishes were piled up on the sink and it smelled absolutely awful, take out boxes everywhere, cat hair and cat litter all over the floor. I tried not to be upset but it was tough to cover up my disappointment, i ended up spending the rest of the night cleaning as soon as i got home. Anyways i think I’ve covered the gist of it, but one other issue that strikes me that may be the biggest one, one day i saw that he left his laptop unlocked and i know it was wrong but i went through it, this was his laptop specifically for music related stuff so i wanted to see if i could find any of his old songs he wrote, instead when i got to his notes, there was a typed out note to his ex letting her know that he was leaving her, the note didn’t at all mention her alcohol abuse, instead mentioned how she doesn’t have a high enough sex drive. I should’ve put this in the beginning but when i met him at the time he was still living with his ex, he didn’t make enough to find an apartment for himself which i understood to a point, but he said they were completely broken up. But judging by the context of the note i really don’t think they were. It seems like he left when she was on a trip with her friends. I felt horrible, i haven’t confronted him about it but i know it something i should talk about….moral of this story, i need to know if these issues can be resolved or if im just gonna be tossed around in this relationship. Im having trouble seeing things clearly and i need some help.

I don't know how to explain except that this man radiates main character energy in a way that I adore.
Seeing his saturday morning cartoon goofy-as-fuck but still somehow genuine looking smile on his entrance is enthraling and I believe in this motherfucker.
I love it when a wrestler's character is so "loud" that you can tell who they are from their entrance. Last wrestler I liked this much was Orange Cassidy for the same "...Shhh let him cook" factor. He just fits the type of weird lunatic that made me fall in love with wrestling to begin with.
What is he on right now? TNA? NXT? Any chance he'll be in the rumble?
Like tell me where this man is, I don't give a shit what company or how bad the production values are and I'll watch it.

Buongiorno, spiegò un po la situazione, questa settimana a lavoro siamo a corto di personale siccome una persona ha preso le ferie. Nonostante la mancanza di quella persona la situazione è gestibile il problema però è che mi sono ammalata! E sono pure contagiosa. Svolgendo lavoro sia di front e back office, praticamente è un'idea terribile andare in ufficio (cioè farò ammalare tutti).
Aggiungo che sono una persona sensibile e paranoica, e temo che i colleghi siano arrabbiati con me perché sono andata a mancare proprio questa settimana. Temo tornare al lavoro ed essere accolta da tanta energia negativa.... Sto pensando anche di fare più ore la prossima settimana così, loro (colleghi) hanno più ore libere e anche per attutire il senso di colpa...

Inspiration As one of America's defining holiday is coming back around, I wanted to take the time to revisit an old post I made a couple of years ago. The goal is to create a 26-man roster of baseball players, that could crush their opponents on the baseball diamond, and support a homestead based off their familial occupational lineage. The last time I undertook this exercise, I didn't know foreign words too good, so this time around the roster has been shaken up a fair bit, but some of the biggest boppers are making a return.

Method For the purpose of this roster, only the occupational surnames are being considered, not first names, since any old Tom, Dick, or Harry could name their son Hunter, but you had to be* a hunter to keep that surname. So, no Tanner Roark, Tanner Scott, Tanner Bibee, Tanner Houck; spoiler alert, no tanners made this squad, our animal hides will be pasty as me.
Another thing to note, this roster is not necessarily composed of the greatest occupational baseball players. Having 26 talented baseball players who are Smiths doesn't mean much if no one can grow food or deliver supplies, so some tradeoffs were made to keep a balance of on-the-field talent and in-the-fields production.

I had to make a few tough decisions - choosing between Trea and Justin Turner was a hard one. While Trea might be the better all-around baseball player IMO, I'm pretty sure I saved a guy who looked just like Justin Turner in Assassin's Creed III as one of the lumberjacks on the actual Homestead, so I really couldn't cut him from the roster. There was also a toss up between Jered Weaver and Brandon/Logan Webb (which from what I can tell is also essentially a weaver). Of those two Brandon would have made the cut, but my research for the Webb surname seemed shakier than the much clearer Weaver, so I stuck with Jered.
Some other tough cuts include Dexter Fowler, who's bird hunting experience would have been invaluable especially around turkey season, but we have other Hunters, who I imagine their expertise probably extends to birds as well. Chris Carpenter also does not make this list, as the pitching rotation already has either better baseball options, or areas of need to address, and we're able to place Matt Carpenter on the bench in a UTIL/platoon role. An argument could be made to replace Wainwright with his teammate, since we have other Carters/Wagners, but I enjoyed having the surname diversity.
I also learned that a Wheeler could mean many different occupations, so maybe Zack is more talented than we give him credit for (as evidenced by his Cy Young finishes). Through this, I also learned what a pit pony is, which to my surprise, is not a fetish thing, so this has all been really educational.

 | Obviously this is just for fun, nobody can really be wrong about something there isn’t a rule for, but it’s just so weird to me that some of these associations are so fundamental to my view of the world, like January being maroon, that it feels uncanny to see it as green or yellow or something. Hey everyone!
I’m looking for some advice, my boyfriend is a DM for a group I’m part of.
He’s an amazing DM, he’s communicative, open, creative, kind, friendly, funny, organized, etc. And it makes me so happy to see him do so well!
Anyways, lately he’s been getting in his head a lot as our group can be non-communicative. Some members of the party barely answer messages, some complete disregard ideas, etc. And I see how frustrating it is for him as he’s putting so much time and effort into it. He’s talked to our party (over the group chat & in-person) about it quite a few times. And everyone seemed to have caught the message but then it would fall down again.
I’ve been trying to be supportive to him and be understanding. I’m still new myself to DnD I’ve never played before & had barely heard of it. So I am still learning about it while trying to be supportive.
I listen to him, give my thoughts when he wants, etc. however it’s been harder for him lately and I don’t want him losing his spark :(
So I’m looking for advice on how else I could support him, and be there for him. If anyone has had similar experiences I’d love to hear what helped/worked. And as a side if anyone has any cool advice to give as a first time player learning I’d love to hear.
