She lives in Turkey so I can't see her, we don't know how old she is but guess she is in her late 70s I think. It all happened so suddenly, I don't know how. She is also a t1 diabetic. She is on dialysis I don't know how often and the hospital are looking for a transplant, I said I would give her my kidney right now if they'd take me to Turkey. My auntie said she is now refusing to eat and she is getting sicker, I am so scared. Everyday I am in tears. On the bus, all the time. I am learning Arabic to speak to her but I am scared she won't make it before I can tell her I love her. Can she survive this? If not, please be honest, would it be at least a few years?

Has anyone else gone back and forth between ADHD and bipolar disorder when seeking a diagnosis? Or does anyone here have a diagnosis of both?
My father has been diagnosed with both bipolar disorder and ADHD. I initially suspected I might have bipolar disorder as well, but my psychiatrist believes the "hypomanic" episodes I experience don’t meet the criteria for a manic episode. Instead, they seem to align more with the hyperfocus characteristic of ADHD. It also seems that my anxiety and depression could be secondary effects stemming from untreated ADHD.

It was this decade I tunned into him. He started strongly with McCartney 2 which I think was badly reviewed at the time. His next album Tug of war is a great album. He made a wise decision to not produce himself and went back to George Martin. Though I strongly dislike Ebony and Ivory. Too mawkish and too simplistic on racial politics. I loved the frog chorus. Give my regards to Broadway was a good album but terrible film. Though the music scenes were great. The story around them was thread bare. I liked press to Play but he should have given total control to an external producer as the album lacked consistency. Lacked a big hit. Flowers in the Dirt a great album and I liked Elvis costello on it. He was compared a bit too quickly to John lennon in terms of his effect on McCartney. I think the first single should have been This one and it should have been a bigger hit.

How do you stay in shape with GP? Since my diagnosis, I’ve gotten so horribly out of shape. I just moved into a new place last weekend and it sent me into a horrible flare up because I couldn’t handle all the stairs and lifting.
I really want to get back into shape, but even walking for longer periods of time can make me overheat and start to feel sick. Does anyone find yoga to be easiehelpful? Or any other forms of exercise?
