De rojo se ha teñido la tierra.
De los niños amenaza la risa.
Dónde verdes praderas existieron
encantadoras flores exhibiendo.
Ya nada queda, solo flores muertas.
Al hijo y mujer un hombre deja
Aunque ya viejo su deber atiende
ella rápidamente lo comprende.
Mientras su hijo observa levemente
el semblante de su madre entristece.
Las lágrimas caen, una tras otra.
Rápidamente sus lágrimas limpia
se vuelve hacia él, fingiendo una sonrisa
con un beso se despide, se aleja.
No recordaba el peso de las armas.
No cesan los heridos, ni los cuerpos.
mientras el hedor putrefacto se intensifica.
Más lentamente la moral cae
en la victoria ya nadie cree
y mientras van al frente.
Quién debería ser su líder
solo mira y muchos mueren.
A su esposa el miedo le corroe
que una veloz bala perdida
detenga el tiempo de su amado.
Una sutil esperanza se mantiene
¿Su esposo aún la recuerda
O su mente se habrá quebrantado?
Olvidando su familia o su nombre
¿Habrá perdido sus agallas
y se halla retirado de la batalla?
Cesan sus fatigantes pensamientos
para así poder conciliar el sueño.
Pero un sonido la ha despertado,
era el ruidoso teléfono sonando.
Al contestar, un hombre le ha informado
sobre un héroe respetado.
Quien salvó las vidas de soldados
sus ojos poco a poco se habían cerrado.
Su última petición, sus últimas palabras.
“Lamento lo sucedido. Siempre te he amado
si oyes mis palabras, vive por el hijo
que ambos hemos atesorado”.
Solo un llanto oyó el soldado
que la noticia había entregado.

How do you feel when your partner doesn't follow his word? Venting cause it's been several instances that he says we'll call at a certain time but then misses it. Im extra frustrated cause im the one always adjusting my sleep to have a chance to call during the week. Today he said we'll call at 6-12pm his time so that's 12-2am my time. He was offering for me to not forcing waking up cause im still recovering from flu. Then when i woke up at 12:30 i saw a message saying he's still at work then when i asked if he was still at work but when i checked in, he said he brought his colleague to get a book and can call me 20 mins later. Im bit sensitive today too cause i got a bad news about my closest family.

For context:, I have ocd and everytime I go to therapy, I admit I go around the same thing, saying that I feel frustrated about the time washing my hands and etc. I know this part is my fault and I should do more to engage and not make it so monotonous.
But, I don't think my therapist makes it easier...
Like, she asks: "what do you feel about this?"
I say: "how so?"
She: "the question itself explains it. What do you feel about ocd and your life as a whole?"
Me: "I don't know... The response I have is that I feel that frustration and want to make new friends.." (at this time I genuinely try to think and she stares at me).
She: "I know it. You always say it. Give me another response."
Me:"Let me think..."
She:"This isn't something you need to think. This is what therapy is for. Expressing your thoughts spontaneously"
Me:" I just can't..."
She: "What are you here for? What do you do to stop being timid and have the ocd frustration?""

النهارده كنت فالمشروع و انا ف طريقي للبيت زي كل يوم في انتظار المشروع و هو بياخد الملف و انزل و اتمشي عشر دقايق كده دا و اروح البيت
و لك ان عمو بتاع المشروع قرر انه لا هيمشي عكسي و مش هياخد الملف اصلا
انا فالأول مستوعبتش ال بيحصل و عادي في انتظار انه يمشي شويه عكسي و بعدين يطلع ع الطريق و يمشي زي الناس بس محصلش كده
(الموضوع تافهه جدا بس حرفيا انا سعات كنت بنزل من غير م اسأل ع الباقي علشان مش بعرف اتكلم مع بتوع المشاريع)
اعدت اجمع طاقتي الاجتماعيه و ساله انت مش هتعدي ع شارع كذا قال لا انزل هنا و عدي الشارع و هيوصل عادي
قلتله شارع ايه دا ال هنا الشارع عدي من زمان
اعد يقول و ليه مسألتش قبل م اركب و اكني انا الغلط
و قلتله ان مش طبيعي ان حد يمشي عكسي اصلا
بس يعني و عموما نزلت و اتمشيت فالشارع الضلمه ل 30 دقيقه بس كنت حسيت ان علي الاقل مسكتش xD
